    Great Value - Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 506 is a BRONZE Tier two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 5th-floor (Top Floor!) vacation rental has a delightful decor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

    Vacation rental 506 offers a full size, a fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

    Sleeping accommodations include two queen beds in the main bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 506 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

    The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

    Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 506 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

    Important Notice: The Sand Dollar condominium building will be undergoing a roof replacement project from approximately November 30 through January 8. Guests may experience daytime construction noise during this time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View is always nice. Had problems with flickering lights, clogged drain( they were fixed) kitchen was nice but the rest of the place was way out dated,old,dark.pool was nice .the pier was missed
