Great Value - Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 403 is a SILVER quality vacation rental at the BRONZE Tier rate! This three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental is located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental has a delightful dÃ©cor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 403 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a king in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer double sink vanities. The main bath offers a comfort height toilet and a walk-in shower. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. 403 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

Maximum occupancy: 8 persons (including infants). 403 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Great condo for family with kids!

The condo was very clean and provided plenty of room for our family. Staff is very friendly. This was our first time staying at Sand Dollar, but most residents we talked to have been visiting there for years! The room also had beach towels and beach chairs which is a plus!

The view WoW! If you want peaceful, laid back beach days this is the place for you! No huge crowds on the beach! The property manager and everyone we came in contact with that worked there was very pleasant and they took good care of us! We will definitely be back

Just perfect!

The condo was great and so much room. Stayed with my parents, husband and our daughters who are 1 and 4. The beach is incredible, the pool is perfect and such great access to pop up to the room if needed. We will be back for sure!

Great Condo

We really loved our stay! Annette at the front desk is/was THE BEST! So helpful, patient, and kind. The property was clean, pool and hot tub were amazing, parking right there was a bonus, condo had everything we needed, and the beach was great! The only thing that was disappointing, which isn’t affecting my rating, is the fishing pier and beach were closed for beach maintenance which we thought was odd during peak spring break season and didn’t understand why the pier couldn’t be opened at the end of each day it was closed. But again, this didn’t affect my rating because we also understand maintenance needs to be done.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an exceptional time at the Sand Dollar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always greeted with a smile. The condo was perfect for us. My son had his own room with a queen and my two daughters had a room each with their own bed. 2 bathrooms, dual sinks in the vanity, laundry room, bit closets, King Master with attached bathroom. Large kitchen with large kitchen table. Beach is right there and balcony overlooks it all. Pool and Hot tub were perfect. Place is very secure. Met many really kind families at the pool and beach.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this area for 12 years with the last 6 staying at sand dollar. This year our unit was wonderful! Beautiful and cozy and served our family very well. We hate a great experience all around except trying to rebook for next year. Come to find out after staying here for 6 years there is no rental to fit us. Very disappointed as we love sand dollar and the area. It seems the next year booking process has become very tedious. Hopefully we can find something as we come with other family members and they were able to book a unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect family vacation for me, my husband, 8 month old daughter, and in-laws. The condo had everything we needed. The stroller was a great added bonus and super helpful. Plenty of beach towels! The kitchen had a coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, several pots and pans, baking sheets, and blender. The washer and dryer in the unit was very beneficial, as we packed lightly and was able to wash clothes to wear again. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room to the point where we weren't walking over each other. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed the private pier. Hotel staff were very kind, personable, and helpful! Best hotel staff I have ever encountered! They were super accommodating and always had a smile on their face. The condo is located near several shops and places to eat, but you are not in the oversaturated part of the beach. The only complaint (if you want to call it that) was the several outlets were loose throughout the condo, making it impossible to charge devices, but it wasn't the end of the world.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd annual family vacation to this property and the same condo! We are already planning for our 3rd! The condo has been updated a lot (update your pictures!) One of the bedrooms has brand new furniture and mattress. The kitchen cabinets are supplied with much more cooking items. And even better, more guests have left more stuff behind to share! We also donated to the beach closet and even donated another stroller! We hope that's ok! We just know how much we valued the stroller that was already provided so we thought we would spread the love! The staff are ALWAYS kind and welcoming. Property owners present are just as kind and welcoming. We have never had a complaint, and still really don't, just more of a suggestion if it's even fixable/manageable. We love taking a family picture on the pier, but it seems that the birds have really made it their home (which makes sense). However, the pier is covered in droppings. You can't sit or stand at the end of the pier to enjoy it as it's covered and rather pungent.
