The second bedroom offers two queen beds, while the third bedroom includes one queen bed. The living room has comfortable leather sofas, a large Smart TV, stunning ocean views and sliding door access to the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and a private washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. The oceanfront balcony, accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, provides stunning Gulf views and the perfect place to relax. Updated coastal furniture and Smart TV's throughout provide guests additional comfort during their stay.

• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• Pet Policy: No pets
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 6 (building elevator or 4 flights of stairs)
