Parking was easy and secure, laundry facilities were easily accessible in the condo Condo is spacious and up to date. Kitchen appliances are contemporary, and kitchen Is stocked well with utensils. The location is excellent, and the property has excellent pools , and public areas. The outside balcony is also spacious. The entire visit was a great experience.

Wonderful stay

We completely enjoyed our stay at this condo.this unit was spacious, all amenities were updated, and the balcony was large with good views of the gulf & bird sanctuary. The owner was available and very responsive. The pool area was large and comfortable. We were right on the beach, and a great location with access to all local attractions.We have already booked for next year.

Family Vacation

Everything was excellent on our stay! The condo was very nicely decorated and super clean. The master bed was probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The property is super close to the beach so easy to transport beach chairs etc. We highly recommend this property! Also, our host Alina was very helpful and attentive. She was really great to work with!

Perfect place to stay

Alina was very hospitable. She provided everything we needed for a lovely stay. The place is decorated quite nicely, very comfortable and roomy. The location is perfect and I love that it's not crowded like a hotel. I'll be back for sure 😊

Beach Trip

The hostess was very helpful and quick response. Beautiful unit and we felt right at home. On a quiet beach. Dolphins swim by and a bird sanctuary next to our building. Very big pool deck and nice pool. Beautiful sunsets.

Fantastic area!!

The property was clean, secure, up to date, and located in a great spot! Communication was just as good, there was no stress involved in booking, checking in, and checking out....very simple. The area is one of the best we have been to, lots of shopping, restaurants, and it was great for walking or running. Only suggestion would be to explore a little for places to eat, Google doesn't pick up many of the gems that are nearby. Would love to come back to this property!!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay, this place was fantastic! The property owner was very repsonsive leading up to our arrival and was readily available throughout our stay with information about the condo and great suggestions of things to do in the area! We felt the condo was as described if not better, it was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was great and the beach was soft white sand! The condo was well equipped with anything youd need for the beach - umbrella, chairs, toys, plenty of towels, ect.... Its a place we would come back to again if we're in the area!

Beautiful Easter Week

This property was perfect for a week with our 2 adult daughters and my 75 year old mom. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. My husband LOVED the bird sanctuary you can see from the balcony. Although the property is still in the process of being repaired from the recent hurricane, the elevators were operational, the pool was in great shape, and the access to the beach could not have been easier. Grills on the beach deck were very convenient to cook several meals. Alina was a responsive and very gracious host. We would definitely stay here again!

Steps away from a quiet beach, fully equipped with large kitchen and patio. TV in every room. We really enjoyed the birds and view from the balcony. Birds were quiet (and beautiful). Slept with our window open to the sounds of water lapping on the sand. We were there post hurricane and pleased that the unit has no damage.

Family bonding girls trip

My sister, mom, daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. Great location in general. The beach is right out the door. You can rent a cabana on the beach right in front of the building. My mom loved the master suite particularly the shower. The condo was very comfortable and has everything you need for a beach vacation including chairs and beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer were great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. John's Pass was fun. We went on a boat cruise from there and had a couple of meals there as well. The condo owner, Alina, was very accommodating. We were able to get into the condo earlier than the usual check in time and it made our day. She also checked on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Great communication with us. This was a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it.

The condo was beautiful, nicely equipped, and very clean. Everything was in great shape. Communication with Alina was good. One hitch was entering the building upon arrival. We entered through the side door in the parking garage, which required a key. I didn’t realize the door to the front, which I wasn’t aware of, had a key pad for which Alina had provided a code. Fortunately, a couple coming out let us in. For me, the downside was the balcony overlooking the bird sanctuary. Birds were very noisy, so we weren’t able to enjoy peace and quiet or the sound of the waves. It also smelled bad like rotten fish. Also, I knew the balcony faced the side, but the view of the gulf was very limited, water only. No view of sunsets. Getting to the pool and grilling area wasn’t convenient. It required going down to the parking level, going through a locked door, and climbing steps up to the pool. I never did get to the pool because when we tried to go, I didn’t have the code with me, and the key didn’t work because the lock didn’t work. The area was convenient for shopping in Seminole for groceries. There was lots of restaurants in the area. We spent a day at John’s Pass, with dinner at Friendly Fisherman by Hubbard Marina, and finished up with a sunset boat trip. We had a nice dinner on the outside balcony at Salt Rock Grill.Overall, the condo was lovely and Alina is a good host. If I could make one suggestion, include instructions for using the TVs with 2 remotes in the blue binder.

Superb apartment

We had a great 5 days staying here. Real home from home feel to this apartment. Abundance of kitchen equipment, towels, beach chairs. Good quality linens on beds. Anything anyone could want. Couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Really lovely quiet beach too. Lots of eateries within walking distance. The owner was very quick to respond to any queries, gave us some lovely recommendations for restaurants, we went to everyone one and they were brilliant!! Instructions were easy to understand and we had no problem. Really can’t say much more than if you are thinking about renting this condo, please do!! My only complaint was that the master suite shower was so good all the family wanted to shower in it. We almost had to have a rota! Being British, we could’ve made use of a kettle but we just boiled water in a saucepan for a brew. It wasn’t a problem. We loved it!

Overall our stay was great. It was right on the beach which was so convenient. Beach chairs and umbrellas were very accessible to borrow from the condo or rent bigger ones on the beach. I loved the balcony overlooking the bird sanctuary and I did not notice any smells from it. I did not realize the den area would be so small so 2 of my older daughters were a little cramped in that room but we made it work. We never could figure out why the dishwasher didn't seem to run right. We tried starting it twice and both times when we thought it should be done we opened it and dishes inside were still dirty and there was standing water still in the bottom. I am sorry, I meant to message you about that sooner but it slipped my mind once we departed. Also, the master shower that I used looked like it was missing one of the glass doors. It looked like maybe there use to be one there because there was hardware there for another. Needless to say, after every shower I was wiping up water off the floor. Other than those 2 issues, everything else was great, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely come back!

Many great features to this place: the MOST comfortable bed for weary travelers; the bird sanctuary next door with its wonderful sights and sounds...and of course the BEACH! Condo was beautifully furnished and well appointed! Loved the kitchen!

Welcoming, attentive host, clean and comfortable condo, comfortable covered deck, huge TV, great to be able to use portable beach chairs. Very nice beach. Easy access to some excellent local restaurants. Appreciated secure entrance and covered parking. Second bath shower had mediocre pressure. Resort hot tub wasn’t hot.
