Royal Marina offers a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up building in The Avalon, accommodating up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has two double beds. Living room features a queen sleeper sofa and SMART TV.
Included Amenities:
• Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes)
• Washer and dryer
• Bed linens, bath towels, 6 beach towels
• Beach gear: umbrella, chairs, cooler

A nice place to stay!

The property was located perfectly for us. Very well decorated and felt like I was in a tropical oasis away from my home so it was a good getaway. They had everything we needed and I would stay here again!

Really nice 2 bedroom condo. Great location, 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, 30 minutes from Tampa and St. Pete. Near plenty of good restaurants.

At Home in Clearwater

Very nice and convenient location. The accomodations were well appointed and comfortable after a long day of sightseeing! We found it easier to use the community pool in the late afternoon or early evening as it was full of children from 10am until 4pm.

Clearwater Retreat

The Avalon - Clearwater, FL - Great Stay

My family and I enjoyed this property. We could not be more pleased with the detailed information/communication with the property manager. We enjoyed an excellent two weeks in the Royal Marina condo. The apartment is extremely comfortable very well equipped with all the day-to-day necessities. We particularly liked the nautical theme in the lounge area and the convenience of the balcony facility off the lounge/master bedroom. The condo hosts did an excellent job in preparing the place for our arrival and keeping us informed throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend. One of the best locations we have stayed at.

We were very impressed with the condo. It was more than expected - outstanding & loved the binder of details along with the constant communication with owners when having questions. The location was great you could walk or bike if not wanting to drive to the different locations(parks, beach & other activities ). The others staying within the Avalon location were very nice and polite. We would definitely come back again.

Perfect Family Getaway

A perfect location. Close to Clearwater for a great beach day and a nice, large pool for the mornings and evenings. Large beds for parents and two large beds for each child (2). Nice extra to have two full bathrooms. Decor made you feel like you were at a beach vacation and tied it all together. Great communication with the owners - they were thoroughly helpful throughout. Would look forward to booking again in the future and inviting one of our friends to be in the condo next door. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
