"Glenn & Shelley at the front registration desk were so inviting and helpful. The food is always good and drinks too. Unfortunately the bed was hard as a rock, and the pool lounges were very uncomfortable after a long while. Otherwise, the views and location were perfect. "

"The Postcard is a great place to stay in St. Pete. It is in a great location and has everything you need on the property. The rooms are outdated but clean. The beds are comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower is awesome. The courtyard area and the pool are beautiful. Beach loungers are included, but you need to pay for umbrellas. If you are not looking for the party scene, stay at the pool area or find something to do on Saturday. The beach got packed, and the bar was shoulder to shoulder from 2 - 7 PM. The music was loud and the crowd was big. We moved to the pool area at 3 PM, which was perfect. The rest of our stay was great. The food in the lobby restaurant was delicious. The staff was attentive and always present if you needed anything. They provided bagged ice for free, free parking passes, and easy access wristbands to unlock rooms. We will definitely be back. "

"Beautiful resort. Great little perks: morning snacks, afternoon snacks, ice cream afternoons, pool/beach towels, extra pillows etc. The only downside that we had NO idea about was the construction. They are expanding the opal resort across the street and during the day the construction was a little loud. However, it did not ruin the beautiful views of the gulf coast waters, nor did it bother us being at the beach in the cabanas. I would definitely recommend this resort and the location."
