  • Home away from home- vacation rental Ram Sea 113 is a recently updated (2024) GOLD rated, three-bedroom and two-bath condo. Located on the first floor (not ground level). Light and airy with a private Gulf front balcony with access from both the living area and the main bedroom directly overlooking our wide sugar sand beach. Living room/dining room combo has a delightful decor with new furnishings, new curtains, new flooring, light fixtures and so much more! Dry bar with mini fridge! Vacation rental 113 offers a fully furnished kitchen complete with new appliances (2024) and everything needed to enjoy dining at home.

    Freshly painted with all new floors, drop zone by front door and beach chair area in the laundry room

    Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the second bedroom and 1 queen in the third bedroom. Flat panel cable televisions in the living room and all three bedrooms. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Washer Dryer.

    This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

    No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 8.
