The large private balcony offers direct views of the Gulf of Mexico and North Redington Beach’s white sand shoreline. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, this furnished outdoor space provides plenty of room to enjoy morning coffee, refreshing coastal breezes, and magnificent sunsets over the Gulf.

Renovated and remodeled with comfortable coastal decor and updated furnishings, Ram Sea 103 provides an open living and dining space where families and friends can gather. The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-panel cable television, and sliding glass doors that showcase the beachfront setting and open directly to the balcony. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, generous counter space, breakfast bar seating, and the cookware and dining essentials needed during your stay. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for an afternoon beside the pool, or gather around the dining table for a relaxed meal at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-panel cable television, and private access to the Gulf front balcony. The second bedroom includes two full beds, while the third bedroom offers one queen bed. Each bedroom has a flat-panel cable television, providing added convenience for groups of up to eight guests.

Guests can spend their days relaxing beside the Gulf, exploring nearby restaurants and shops, or riding the Beach Trolley to neighboring Florida Gulf Coast communities.

Maximum occupancy is eight guests. This is a smoke free vacation rental, and pets are not permitted. Two parking spaces are provided. Saturday only arrivals are required during peak seasons. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
