Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty all trash in kitchen and in each room, tie & dispose in the left side bin by gate in backyard & replace trash bags. Trash bags are under kitchen sink also under bathroom sink for small cans.
Turn off all fans and unplug small appliances. Return keys in the lockbox and scramble code upon departure
If bicycles were used, lock together with bicycle lock and if rented, golf cart keys to be left on kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
