Our 5-bedroom, 3-bath Florida retreat is designed for family vacations, reunions, and large group getaways, blending resort-style outdoor amenities with coastal interiors.

The backyard is what guests talk about most. Kids spend hours on the shaded playground, building sandcastles in the volleyball court, and racing through the 9-hole mini-golf course. Adults stay active on the basketball and pickleball court, or relax by the heated pool and hot tub, which guests use even on cool 60-degree days.

The outdoor space is built for gathering: a fire pit with Adirondack seating, poolside loungers with umbrellas, covered outdoor sofas, and outdoor dining with a built-in BBQ. Beach gear is provided and guests rave about it: a wagon, tent, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers ready for the 8-minute drive to the shore.
Inside is a modern coastal design with light blue cabinetry and gold fixtures, plus living spaces with a pool table, plush sectional seating, and open indoor-outdoor flow.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and all outdoor amenities, including the heated pool, hot tub, all sports courts, the mini-golf course, the playground, the fire pit, and every outdoor entertainment area. Beach gear including the wagon, tent, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers is available on request at no extra charge. The only restricted space is the locked cleaners' closet.

•Up to 2 dogs allowed at $89 per pet per night, crate-trained; no cats
•No parties or events. Occupancy limit of 10 people.
•You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
•Primary guest must complete verification (ID check and signed rental agreement) within 48 hours of booking

•The heated pool is $125 per night with 3 days' notice. Heating is weather-dependent: during freezing or near-freezing periods the heater may not operate effectively or may be temporarily unavailable to protect the equipment.
