    Truly a prime Dunedin location. This adorable home has all of the amenities you need on vacation from hot tub to washer and dryer and an incredible location.



    Our Downtown Dunedin vacation rental accommodates 4 guests total with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and they share a hallway bathroom. You will feel like being at home but certainly on vacation.



    This beautiful cottage is equipped with all the necessities for your vacation.



    The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and lots of natural light. There is a table that seats 2 guests.



    Kitchen offers stovetop, fridge, coffee maker, plenty of cabinet space (no dishwasher).



    Beautiful outdoor space with a hot tub!



    Settle in for a trip to the Heart of Downtown Dunedin with this comfy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home.

Great location and house. Was great to never worry about parking especially in the amazing downside. Only down side was the rule of not more than 4 people on property. We were in town visiting our in laws and it would have been nice to be able to chat with them in the back yard area even since we always met downtown area for dinner anyways. We would definitely stay again. Our kids love the “pink flamingo”

Great for our small family

My husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon with our medium sized dog. Location was great for walking around Dunedin. It seemed that the fence had some damage from the recent hurricane, but it was still safe for our dog to roam freely in the backyard. Hot tub was great too.

Perfect area

Pink Flamingo House was perfect for myself and my 14 yr old daughter. We had plenty of space and the decor was adorable. Private back yard area was very nice. My only issue was the hot tub had way too much chlorine. The pool guy showed up one day and told us not to get in for a while because he just put acid in it! Overall perfect.

The house is in a fantastic location and is super cute. Perfect size for 2 ladies traveling together and the fenced in backyard was great for my pug. We felt totally safe and basically parked the car and walked everywhere. Rental management was super responsive and replied immediately via text when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Time at the Pink Flamingo

I daresay I have ever felt so comfortable and relaxed on vacation. As a single female traveling alone, my surroundings are incredibly important as is communication. I received messages from the management firm that made my check-in a breeze. Helpful information was posted on the refrigerator and the wifi strength was outstanding. The home is located in a wonderful neighborhood, I could walk to many, many venues and enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen at my disposal. The fenced yard was perfect for my dog and the hot tub delightful. The home was decorated beautifully and very, very clean. I will not stay anywhere else when I travel to Dunedin again! Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the Pink Flamingo for nearly 5 weeks, and we really enjoyed our stay. Dunedin is a charming little town, and the house is right around the corner from a busy part of Main Street where you will find plenty of great shops, restaurants, pubs, patios, and live music. We also appreciated being within walking distance of the Blue Jays’ spring training facility. The house itself has received some recent updates and is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was certainly spacious enough for our group of 2 - 3 adults. The backyard offered a pleasant outdoor space to relax, especially when some shade was needed, and the hot tub got plenty of use. We had our dog with us, and there were plenty of places nearby to take her for interesting walks, including some green spaces. There is also a dog park at Hammock Park, just a 5-minute drive away.

We loved dining at Lucky Lobster, The Living Room on Main Street, Fish Camp, and our favorite lunch places were Carvor’s Fish house and the Wild Iris.

Downtown Dunedin- Perfect Location

We were visiting area and wanted to stay in town. This is PERFECT location if you want to be close to it all. You can walk anywhere all of the restaurants, bars, shops!!

The washing machine does not work properly. It is very frustrating to use, sometimes it drains and other times it doesn't and you are left with a load of clothes in soapy water. They said to run it through different cycles to get it to drain which eventually will work but this is not a fix for the problem. The front screen door doesn't close properly, you have to manipulate it to get it to close.

what a special little town, and this is the perfect location

absolutely perfect. ok, the beds weren't as comfortable as i prefer, but the house was perfect. with 3 coffee shops within walking distance and even the marina where we took the best boat tour around the area. everything including the hot tub was perfectly accommodating. And it was pet friendly, so i was able to bring my furry member of the family.
