Great place, would definitely recommend

This was perfect for my daughter and I, located in a cute neighborhood and close to many things. It was very clean and allowed for privacy, definitely felt like home away from home and would highly recommend.

Cute and cozy with a convenient location.

Perfect for 1-3 people. Close to beaches and good restaurant's. Recommend a little deep cleaning and patio area area swept. Overall great place, i would stay again.

Nice Stay

Conveniently located to Downtown Dunedin. Easy check in with clear directions. The house was simple and got the job done. We loved that they were dog friendly, and had a small private fenced in area.

Very pleasant stay

The cottage is in a very quiet area. Easy to find. Great hosts provide clear instructions. Very clean. AC kept the rooms nice and cool in this heat. Close to downtown and it's many restaurants. Plan to stay again.

Located a 20 minute walk to both the waterfront and downtown Dunedin, this private cottage offers a quiet environment both inside and on the enclosed patio. Cisco, the owner, was friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions during our stay.A very enjoyable 2 week visit.

Chilly but fun trip to FL

Our visit coincided with a FL cold snap but still had a great time. Cottage was perfect for my husband and me and our 2 beagle fur babies. Exactly as listed! Cozy and private!

Cute Home Close to Downtown Dunedin

This was a great little house - perfect for one person or a couple. It’s on the small side but I didn’t need a ton of space. The owner responded to all requests quickly. As a single woman alone in this house, I felt very safe and it was quiet at night. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bed was SUPER comfortable!

A place to rest your head

Exactly as pictured. No frills but a great place to rest your head. Short drive to Downtown Dunedin or Coachman Park in Clearwater. Communication with the host was great. Very responsive.

Cute little place, very comfortable and quite. Privacy cottage is a good name for it. Nice patio and everything is paved except doggy bathroom area so no sand in shoes. Stocked with everything you would need. Convenient location and nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

Paradise Privacy Cottage

My wife and I really injoyed our stay at the Paradice Privacy Cottage. Our host was very polite and helpful. The cottage was small but spacious. Perfet for two people. The neighborhood seemed to be very nice and quite. We were about 20 minutes or so from the Clearwater beaches and less than an hour from St. Petersburg. Then were plenty of things to do and see within a short drive. A very nice place to visit. My wife finally got to see the white beaches of Florida.

Listing was not accurate

This listing had listed a washer and dryer, as well as a hot tub. It did not have any of those things. I agreed to pay the price I paid for these amenities, which were not available. In addition the supplies were scarce. There were only 3 small, well used bath towels and 3 hand towels for use. There were no kitchen towels. There was a tiny amount of dish soap, and only one extra roll of toilet paper. The cost of the unit was 127.48 per night after taxes and fees. I believe I am due a partial refund given the fact that the amenities I paid for were not available.

It was our first time on the Clearwater area. We went for a weekend getaway to visit the Tarpon Springs town, which is only minutes away from this property. I recommend visiting this little town. It is beautiful. The Tampa area is also less than an hour away, so is a good central location. The neighborhood is quiet as well.
