This newly renovated and peaceful Duplex-home in Palm Harbor offers a spacious layout perfect for families to gather and relax. Centrally located, it is just a short distance from popular Cities, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, and more. Only twelve minutes from the famous city of Dunedin and Tarpon Springs, 25 minutes to the renowned Clearwater Beach, and 20 minutes to Tampa International Airport, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure.

This home offers 3 bedrooms with one Queen size bed in the master bedroom and a smart TV, one Queen size bed in the second bedroom, two Twin beds in the third bedroom and a Full size sofa bed in the living room. This home has 2 full bathrooms (one with bath tub and one with shower), a Full kitchen (range, side by side fridge, microwave, dish washer), Living room with Smart TV, Dining area for 6 people, an inside Laundry room (washer and dryer) and a fully fenced private backyard.

Great Stay in Palm Harbor, FL!

My family of 5 had a fantastic experience here. The place was spotless, beautifully renovated, and the host was very responsive, kind, and helpful. We're looking forward to staying here on our next visits!

Perfect home away from home

We loved the house. You can tell it was renovated and they did a great job. House had everything you need and we were very comfortable. We spent a day at the beach at Honeymoon Island and it was very close by. Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely spot

Close to many different little towns with nice main streets. Close to quiet unpopulated beaches. Great fenced in back yard for the dog. It was perfect for our needs.

Andrea was very friendly and responded to everything very quickly. I give her a 10 out of 10 The villa was very quaint and comfortable enough for my mom, husband and I. I wouldn’t think more than 4 people would be comfortable as the seating is quite limited. The patio off the kitchen is nice, but unfortunately I had to bleach it down and clean it myself in order to be able to use that area. The outdoor cushions were a little moldy. I tried to clean them as well, but they are permanently stained. Other than those minor inconveniences, I would say our stay was very pleasant and I would return.
