Welcome to The Bungalows and Silver Sands resort. Ideal location! Our guests enjoy the large heated pool area with plenty of chaise lounges and seating. Steps from beautiful Treasure Islands Sunshine Beach and walking distance to Famous John’s Pass Village with great restaurants and shopping. The Bungalows and Silver Sands resort offers our guests a modern coastal Key West design wrapped in a family friendly quiet environment. Old Florida charm combined with modern updates makes for the perfect getaway. Surrounded by lush gardens, our resort offers you a choice of updated studios to one and two bedroom suites. All units have been updated with new bathrooms and full kitchens. Everything you need to whip up a meal or create a memorable picnic for the beach.

We are a dog friendly resort, so the entire family is welcome! All dogs must be registered. Restrictions and fees apply.

This one-bedroom unit has a queen-sized bed with a closet, dresser and flat screen TV. Bathroom has a tiled glass enclosure shower. Separate living room area with a sofa bed and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops. Bungalows at Treasure Island and Silver Sands at Treasure Island are sister resorts with 18 units in total and plenty of room options available.

Relax and unwind! Catch a yoga class on the beach, or frolic in the beautiful Gulf waters. When not enjoying the beach take a break in one of our many sitting areas around the property. Relax at our spacious heated outdoor pool and catch some rays close to home. Enjoy a barbecue with one of our charcoal grills throughout the property and create a meal to enjoy outside. Endless memories to create!

From our resort it’s easy to have access to everything you will want to do. Check out a glass bottom kayak tour! Tours leave from the boat ramp behind our property. So easy!

We are a non smoking and non vaping property.
Dogs are not allowed around the pool area.
All dogs must be registered prior to arrival. There is a one time pet fee of $125 per pet. Unregistered pets charge is $250. Maximum two pets allowed. Other restrictions apply.

Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the property by themselves or their guests during their stay.

Awesome Place

We have been going down to Florida for the last 4 years and this by far was the best place we have stayed. Robin the property manager was awesome. She greeted every guest and was so helpful with places to eat and things to see. I would highly recommend this place.

Disappointed

I was very disappointed. The property is several small homes around a small pool in a small area. People at the pool sound like they are on top of you. Radios blaring and all. Some of The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. A roach crawled on me in the middle of the night! And there are no curtains. The lights outside are so bright you can’t sleep. The couch smells like some one peed on it. It was hard getting in touch with the owner to get entry information. I am more exhausted from noise and lights then before I came. $180 a night (2) that became $680 after fees . (cleaning is $150!) is WAY overpriced.

Great Location

It was nothing fancy but had everything we needed for two weeks except hot water. We had warm water but no hot water. It was across the street from the beach and had a nice heated pool.

Overall my I enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed the location and atmosphere. When reading about the place it stated "ocean view". I was glad I looked closely on the map and did NOT expect to see it from the property. The ocean is across the street and down a path. There is a crosswalk close by which made it more convenient. I found the furniture inside the condo very uncomfortable. The pool was very nice and the pool chairs were nice. You could get shade or sun most of the day. I did not see beach chairs or an umbrella to use at the beach. I did ask a maid and she said to check the laundry room, but there were not any there. For the price and the fact that I book only a few weeks in advance I felt I got a fair deal. If you are looking for a party place, I wouldn't stay here. It is a nice quiet place for a couple or a family.
