Ocean Side 306 Corner Unit Beach front

Gulf Front-Corner Unit at Ocean Side with 2 Bedrooms/2 Baths, Newer Construction built in 2004. Well appointed for your short or extended vacation. Tile and laminate floors throughout, Kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counter tops and wood cabinets. Main Bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, dresser, tv, ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin, dresser, closet and tv. The large balcony overlooks the beach and pool area and you can enjoy meals while sitting outdoors or cold drinks during summer time. In addition, we provide beach chairs, umbrella, at our private poolside cabana so you don't have to bring additional luggage! All linens including beach towels are kept inside our unit.

No Smoking. No pets. Boking fee is not refundable once payment received via credit card.

Great views

Really nice condo, right on the beach. Loved having all beach supplies available. We had an issue with A/C, which was resolved in a timely manner with great communication with the host.

We loved the location, the condo and the excellent attention to any issues by Hilda. She was more than competent, easy communication and a pleasure to deal with. The only suggestion I have is to provide a few more pots - there was only one small one and a large pasta one, making preparing a meal a challenge. Otherwise, it was stocked with everything you might need.

Needs update overpriced

Nice but no grill tools, no dishcloths, one dish towel, Ice maker one tray every 3 hours, and a very uncomfortable broken down coach. Linens very cheap and scratchy. Living room rug worn and had so much sand underneath it had to take it outside to cleanup all the sand. For the rate we paid a night we expected better.

Great oceanfront condo at Indian Rocks

The owners of this rental have gone out of their way to provide a great condo. It was exactly like the pictures on the listing. It was very clean, and well-stocked, had a very large TV in the main room, a great beach view, and a large balcony with a table and chairs. Hilda Loaiza of the management office was very responsive and helpful to our needs. Concerns: It is essential that the front door combination lock be replaced to avoid a potential lockout for future renters. We notified Ms. Loaiza and she immediately sent a key, but we had to coordinate sharing the one key. The cabana with beach equipment was an extra advantage that we never had in previous rentals, but the cabana door lock needs lubrication and new umbrellas are needed. In spite of these concerns, this condo is a great deal, and we would definitely stay here again if the locks were replaced/repaired.
