We loved our stay at Seabreeze and will continue staying here. The condo is crisp, clean, open, and a modern beach decor. The master bedroom has a perfect bed that is firm after a day in the sun. The living room is one that your family can relax and chill in after a long day on the beach also.

Spring Break Stay

Great family beach stay

We had a wonderful time at our beachfront condo. The location was great, the property was clean and nice, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful! Despite a few issues with the elevator during our stay, we’d absolutely return to this condo.

Superb apartment

Beautiful condo

Condo was beautiful and very clean! View was fantastic and the balconies were safe for my toddler (who tested them out and gave her mama a heart attack). Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for our toddler to run around!

Beautiful, CLEAN condo!

This 6th floor condo was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Livingroom is gulf facing, two bedrooms street facing. Highly recommend!

My parents came in town for a visit while I was home from deployment for a couple weeks. I live in Madeira Beach but my home was destroyed in Hurricane Helene and I wanted a nice place for us to relax during my visit home. This place was perfect. The condo was very clean, had ample seating that was comfortable, and lots of cooking ware. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. I like when there are white linens so I know they can be cleaned properly. The balcony was great to watch the gulf, although it rained a lot, but that did not stop us from enjoying the view. Plenty of parking spaces to choose from. We didn't use the pool since we spent any sun time on the beach.Only thing I would note is that neither bathroom has a fan, so you have to open the door and cool off after your shower. But I sweat easily. There are shipping carts for you to get all your groceries and stuff up the elevator with ease. Very great stay! If I have guest again and still no home, I will definitely book this unit.

Wonderful property

We had a great stay and would love to return. Very nice place with recent updates. Everything we could have hoped for including beach umbrellas, beach towels, and even toys. The only negative is the elevator - sometimes it doesn't work. We'd still go back though. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Everything was beautiful, perfect and represented accurately. The only downside… the elevator. His name is Grampa. If you cannot do stairs… this may not work for you. Otherwise the location is perfect!

Wonderful family vacay!

We were so pleased with our unit! It was very tastefully decorated, really clean, had amazing views from both balconies, was well stocked, in a great location, and more! The only "complaint" we had was the elevator. It wasn't working part of the time we were there, and it made it difficult to climb six flights of stairs with little ones and beach supplies to carry. Other than that, we couldn't have been more pleased, and I'd still give it a solid 9 and would definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quick response from the host prior to check in.Getting access was easy.View was as advertised. Condo was clean.Kitchen was well stocked with basic equipment, knives, pots, pans, baking sheets, blender, coffee machine that uses grounds.Beds were very comfortable Beach supplies included three chairs, an old umbrella with stand, two coolers and plenty of toys for kids. We left a new chair, new umbrella, bigger shovels for bigger kids and a couple of new buckets. One obvious missing component was the lack of a washer and dryer. The building has two communal coin operated laundry rooms that full time residents seem to use but it would have been great to have them in our unit.

Sunny, spacious unit

We’ve stayed in several different units within this building. This one was the nicest. Being a corner unit, it has a southern exposure, allowing beautiful light into the unit and it has a wonderful view of the Gulf. Check in was as easy as using the door code - no stopping at an office for a key. A very clean and comfortable place to stay with all amenities you’ll need. We had no problems and therefore never needed to contact anyone. I would highly recommend this unit.

Nothing but beach and sun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful! Lots of space. Remodeled beautifully. The icemaker did not work for us. The kitchen floor was really sticky when we got there and we had to clean it ourselves. Some of the beach chairs were broken. Rainstorm One morning and the big patio door leaked inside! I’m sure the owner will want to check this out! Great location though! Walking distance to Johns Pass that has restaurants boutiques. The beach is not busy perfect for walking.

Hidden gem

This is an excellent unit and a beautiful location. It is large and well laid out. Could not have asked for a better unit. My only complaint: I arrived on a Friday evening. There was no hot water. I called the provided support number. They simply said that it was a building issue, that I would need to communicate with maintenance and there was nothing they could do. They did not take my name or unit information and there was no follow up about the issue. I spoke with building maintenance on Monday (two full days with intermittent hot water) and he explained that the main building water heater had gone out and they were limping along with a smaller backup unit. By Monday afternoon hot water was restored. This was an inconvenience, but all-in-all did not distract from my enjoyment. The unit is excellent.
