About this property

Newly Renovated 2-Bed, 2-Bath Condo on Indian Shore Beach!

  • Beautifully renovated condo along the magnificent Indian Shore Beach. Enjoy the highly appointed 2-bed/2-bath condo with a large balcony overlooking the pool and beach. New kitchen and bathroom renovations. The master bathroom features a beautiful double vanity and 2-person walk-in shower. The interior layout makes it perfect for a family with children or two couples. Conveniently located near the elevator.

    The pool, hot tub and patio are on the first floor above the parking garage. This area was redone recently. There are also multiple gas grills for your use on the patio.

    Be sure to keep your eyes out for the dolphins traveling back and forth at dusk/dawn.

    The beach is voted one of the best in the USA. The sand is like powder, the water is like glass. There is a beach volleyball court for you to use also.

    One garage parking space is included (and it’s the closest space to the elevator). What else could you need?!?!
