  • Come relax and recharge by the private pool or at one of the local beaches. Minutes to sunset Beach or the larger Fred Howard beach where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks and more. There are plenty of local restaurants depending on your taste or a modern kitchen for home cooking. Close enough for day trips to Clearwater beach, Busch Gardens or the multiple art galleries in St petersburg. You will feel like you're on vacation but still comfortable at home in this quiet local neighborhood. Also keep your eyes open for Frodo the gopher tortoise who has his home in the front yard.
