Right on the gulf was nice but limited parking with no availability for guest parking. Our unit was recently remodeled and was nice and clean. Elevator seemed a little old and scary. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it met our expectations

Our time there was very good, but having the sand blocking the view of the golf really takes away a lot of enjoyment. I believe the sand was put there by the city and not by 50 golf side, but it does take a lot away from enjoyment of sitting around the pool.
