Located directly on the sand in beautiful Treasure Island and just over the John's Pass bridge, this resort offers a perfect place to spend your Florida vacation. With only 40 privately owned condominiums, the South Beach Resort is a small, very modern and upscale building giving you the comfort and privacy that is so hard to find, and makes for such a wonderful stay.

Free high-speed WiFi internet service is available for your use, as well as a full selection of cable TV channels for your entertainment.



At the resort, you'll enjoy the year-round heated pool, beautifully landscaped grounds complete with a couple of beach hammocks for those extra-lazy moments, shuffleboard courts, BBQ grills, a table-tennis area, and of course, the warm inviting soft-sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

The person that I spoke to and text with was incredible. Any question I had I immediately got an answer. The condo was very nice The View was beautiful I really don't have much to say about it other than it was everything that the advertisement said that it was. This is the second verbal in Florida that we used the first one was a bit smaller this was nice because it had the second bedroom. Walking distance to everything. We had a very nice time and hope to be back.

This condo is perfect. We’ve stay at South Beach before and always enjoyed it. We love that there is not a ton of units. Makes it feel less crowded. We stayed several nights so I always love a washer and dryer in the unit. You have plenty of beach chairs and sand toys. I would choose this condo again and again.

Spacious, clean, unit in an excellent location. The view from the balcony is great and the beach is as close as you can get. Very prompt response from owners and very easy check in process. We will be back!!

Fun vacation

The condo is very clean, situated right on the beach. Near many restaurants and a Publix. Twin beds would be great for kids, but were small and uncomfortable for adults. Otherwise this is a great condo. View is wonderful. Treasure Island as always was beautiful. Most everything is up and running post hurricane. They’ve done a lot of work, and things are looking good.

Only negative was the 2 twin beds. My daughter and 23 year old granddaughter said they were uncomfortable and noisy. Having washer and dryer was a plus. The ice maker was a nice addition. Thanks for a lovely stay with a perfect view.

Great Beach Vacation

The check in process was easy and the room was clean. It was fully furnished and had a lot of towels. We had sunny skies and perfect weather the whole vacation in April so the views were breathtaking. Short walk to the beach each day. There were pool/beach toys in the room and the pool was heated and a perfect size. We liked playing shuffleboard and ping pong. The location was also great with many restaurants close by and ice cream a short walk away. We went on a couple boat tours in John's Pass which was a 5 min drive away. Overall this was a great condo with beautiful views and we will be staying here again.

Very nice place

Great views, nice pool, game are was well kept. Gas grills to use are nice. Washer and drier plus awesome balcony. Master bedroom had a firm memory foam mattress—I didn’t particularly care for it but everything else was very nice.

We stayed south beach condos for a long weekend to move my daughter into Eckerd college. Perfect stay for us. Close to everything we needed. The beach view and access was priceless. The condo it’s self could be updated and cleaner but for the price and location you can’t beat it. I will definitely be staying here again for future visits.

Great location

This was our second time staying at South Beach. We really love the location and style of the building. Our condo was fine for my husband and I and 2 adult daughters. Only complaint was that the property, specifically the landscaping was dead and unkept. Room was pretty good but could use new flooring. Several broken tiles. Would be nice to have a bigger bathroom in the master.

Walking Path Beach Frontage

Clean property, well equipped and ocean front and view. The pictures showed a distance to beach, but hard to really tell the distance. Quite a walk to the actual beach so person in our party had difficulty going. Definitely not for someone with walking limitations. Other than that everything went well and would use again. Thank you

We have stayed at South Beach Condos three times in different units. We really like this property. It’s well maintained and the location relatively quiet. Like most rental units it could use some TLC, though you can tell it’s recently been painted and the sofa and chairs are new. The Customer Service is great. We had an issue with the dryer and they sent someone over the same day, a part was ordered overnight and it was fixed the next day. You can’t beat that. What you’re really paying for here is the view of the gulf, it’s incredible. We’ve already booked for next year and look forward to our stay.

Christmas on the Beach

We had a lovely time in our condo on the fifth floor! We needed two beds in one bedroom and this condo had that. The photos are accurate which is always a plus - it was as advertised. we enjoyed the TV - lots of channels and the balcony was lovely. We used the refrigerator and the microwave to heat water - no cooking! The seating in the living room was comfortable but very, very low to the ground (hard to get out of). There was a sand sculpture competition down the beach a month ago and the entries still looked great. John's Pass (shopping area) was within walking distance and the other three in our party went there for coffee every morning. Yes, there's everything you need to make coffee here but they like to go out for coffee. There were some nice restaurants very close to our condo.

Beautiful Condo with an ocean view

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this condo and location. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. It is a short walk to the water. We enjoyed the ping pong table, pool, shuffleboard and hammocks. The condo was equipped with enough to get us started. It would be nice to have a little more supply of laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee and dishwasher soap since those items are hard to buy in small quantities and we flew so couldn’t pack in a ton. Some other helpful items that could be added…kitchen scissors, pizza pan, a few Tupperware containers with lids or plastic wrap for leftovers. We really appreciated the beach closet with chairs and also beach towels. We rented a car and found it helpful for getting to and from the airport as well as the short trips shopping and also enjoyed a TB Rays MLB game. We loved the enclosed air conditioned stadium! It was a short 20 minutes from the condo. This was wonderful place and wonderful location right on the beach and close to John’s Pass village for shopping and activities.
