Modern 1/1 only 5 min from Beach

Looking for mature and respectful guests to enjoy the beauty and convenience of my 1 bed/1bath condo. My home is on the 1st floor of a quiet gated community—no stairs!

As my guests, you will have access to our community’s heated pool, tennis court, BBQ grills, gym, etc.

Shopping centers and The Pinellas Trail are at a walking distance. Madeira Beach is only 3 miles away!

Keep it simple at my peaceful and centrally-located home. Vacation the right way and stay with us at Beachway =)
The space
My home is a small yet charming one bedroom, one bathroom condo. The kitchen is separate from the dining area. There is an additional outdoor dining area. There is a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit. This unit is ideal for mature folks, as the night-time noise ordinance is strongly enforced.

All guests staying in the unit must be registered and accounted for. With prior approval, additional guests are temporarily allowed.
