Free parking for one vehicle per unit, free WIFI, stunning grounds with ping pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, heated pool and grill area for you to use. South Beach 203

Staff at check in were super friendly. The property was just as it looked in the photos. The view of the beach and gulf were fantastic. And the complimentary beach chairs was an amazing surprise, we thought we would have to rent or buy some and abandon them there. We will stay again for sure.

Great place right on the beach

You’re right in the beach, as close as you can get. It’s a walk to the water, but worth it. You can rent chairs and cabanas for $30 on the beach out front which is nice.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a very nice long weekend in Treasure Island. We really like South Beach Condo resort and most likely will stay here again. Our condo was nicely decorated and very clean. It was great to have the full size washer and dryer. We loved our gulf front view and it was so nice of the resort to offer the beach chairs and umbrellas. Every morning we took a long walk on the wonderful paved walking path in back of the resorts. We did not rent a car this time while there and literally walked everywhere including Caddy's on the Beach and Sea Hags for dinner and live bands. We have been vacationing in the Treasure Island/St Pete area for many years and would definitely recommend staying at South Beach Condo Resort!

Great to work with.

Anita was great to work with and responded immediately to our concerns. We didn't actually stay here due to a snafu with booking. We tried to book this unit but received a response that it was unavailable so we found another alternative. We did get charged for the booking, contacted Anita and she immediately refunded the charge and apologized for the mix up. Sadly we didn't get to stay here but I would certainly book with her next time we go to Treasure Island, Florida.

Fun in the Florida Sun

Well run complex. Very responsive. Nice unit. Was as described. Could have used a rug or two. Beach was a bit of a walk, but I expected it. Nice balcony view. Can't beat it for the price point!

The resort was nice but I hated the 1/4 mile walk to the beach.

The condo was perfect. It was exactly like pictures. Front desk very nice and loved the free beach chairs. Hammocks were a great addition to landscaping. Only negative for us was the 1/4 mile walk to beach. That's not what we call gulf front. I personally want to open sliding doors and see, smell and hear the water. So won't return only because of this. Disappointed because we loved everything else.
