Great clean place to stay super close to the beach. Beach was only 1 block away and super easy to get to (it was public access). Easy access and gorgeous pool and backyard to hang out. We really appreciated that it was a spacious layout and we were able to all hang out in different places without being on top of each other. Would definitely recommend!

Indian Rocks Beach is a new favorite, white sand, low-key, family friendly and we appreciated how short the walk there was. The pool and patio at the house were quite nice as well. Pool was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

The house and amenities were excellent. The location was awesome, close to the beach and restaurants, as well as Clearwater Beach. The only issue we had was shower heads were low for my husband, (he's 6'2"). Older houses tend to have this problem, so he made it work. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Bungalow! Check in was a breeze, the house was spotless, and communication with the owner was easy. The location is great - just a quick walk to lots of restaurants/cafes, and of course the beach. We also enjoyed the pool in the backyard. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Cute, convenient cottage

Cottage is in a quiet location near several walkable, great restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the beach too. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the private swimming pool in the back yard. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beach house

Enjoyed our return visit to this cute house. Very quiet neighborhood and easy walk to beach. House was clean and met all our needs. Kitchen very nice and had everything we needed. Brett was quick to respond to our questions and took care of our concern. Private backyard and pool were wonderful and greatly enjoyed. Look forward to our return for another great visit.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We stayed here after a short cruise, and personally I would have rather stayed here the entire week! The bungalow is perfect sized for a small family (sleeps up to 6people)! The place was extremely clean and had all the necessities for a long stay. We loved sitting out by the pool, and going to the beach for sunsets! Many restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood is very quiet! Our interactions with the owners were very pleasant and only when necessary. I will definitely stay here again!

The bungalow was a wonderful place to stay. The pool and area around it were amazing. Nice to enjoy private time with family around the pool. Great location! Close to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to grocery store and many retails stores. Bungalow was the perfect size for my family. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Well supplied with paper products and supplies for daily life.

Amazing Location

My family and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach, being only a short walk (1 block) away. The pool was a great feature to the property also. Overall cleanliness could be improved upon (very dusty along with paint peeling in bathroom and a dead roach greeting us as we entered). Overall we had a good experience and would recommend the property to other families.

Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. No worries about damage from the hurricane in this house or the area. The back yard with the pool was so enjoyable. We were very comfortable here. Tons of beach equipment was very helpful. Really nice to have the 2 bikes also. Brett was quick to communicate and very considerate. Nice extras like soap, shampoos, TP, ziplocks, detergent, etc. Other places I have had to purchase all the household essentials. Recommend to check out Honeymoon Island for tons of shells and a few sand dollars if thats your thing. Would stay again!

Family vacay

This home is perfect for a beach vacation with family and friends. We’ve been staying at the host’s neighboring property for 4 years and added extended family this year -so added Brett’s connecting property this year and it was wonderful to be able to gather without driving or calling to arrange visits. The home is perfectly equipped and spic and span. The beach is an easy 2 block walk. Even grandparents walked it, altho slower than the young uns. We reserved it again for next year already. Perfect spot in IRB

We just stayed at this sweet beach house while visiting family that are locals and it was perfect! We will definitely be back! The location couldn’t be beat. It was lovely being able to walk to the beach and have everything supplied for us such as the beach wagon, toys, chairs, towels. My kids loved waking up for early morning swims as well as late night swims in the private pool. The backyard was heaven. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we may want. The owner was very quick to respond when we could not find key to shed and came by right away to unlock for us. We are looking forward to another stay next year!

Perfectly located and Fantastic amenities

I am local from Clearwater and had a friend from work who lives in Northern California come visit and we rented out this bungalow for our trip. It wasn't intended for my 7-year-old daughter to come but she broke her elbow and ended up staying a few nights with us, so the extra room with the twin beds was perfect. We really enjoyed having two separate bathrooms and the shed by the pool has everything you could possibly want for the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for coming home and rinsing all that sand off of you before jumping in the pool to cool off and relax. The pool lights at night are absolutely beautiful and even though I live in the area, it still felt like a wonderful getaway being right on the beach and so close to the beach access. The location, the cleanliness, the Smart TVs, the beautiful backyard and pool area, and the full kitchen gave us everything we wanted and more. I would recommend this rental to anyone and would love to come back and stay another time myself as well!!!

A Gem!!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Beach Bungalow. The house was spotless upon our arrival, following a seamless check-in process. Communication from the owner was timely and clear. The house is on a very quiet street, in a delightful neighborhood…wonderful for walking, running, biking. The bikes included with the rental were terrific for exploring the surrounding neighborhood; and for riding to close-by restaurants….Guppy’s was yummy; as was Hurricane Eddie’s; and Keegan’s Seafood Grille. Don’t miss out on getting a breakfast pastry from Cafe de Paris Bakery. We had fun exploring the George C. McGough Nature Park in Largo….the turtle pond, rescued birds of prey, and maintained walking trails are worth the visit! The Florida Botanical Gardens, also in Largo, was interesting, too; including the sighting of an adult alligator and her 12 little ones. The backyard is perfect for spending relaxing afternoons; temperature of the pool water was perfect; pool deck furniture is well maintained. The wild parrots nesting in a palm tree in a nearby yard were entertaining to watch while sitting around the pool. The cottage had everything we needed for pleasant days at the beach…. boogie boards, comfy chairs, a great umbrella for shade, floaties, a cooler, and a beach wagon. The beach access is literally a 2 minute walk away. The gas grill for prepping grilled dinners was clean and convenient. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to returning!
