Great location! Walkable to all of indian rocks beach. I noticed some of the linens were stained, but offered beach towels and extra blankets if we needed them. Allowed us early check in and they were very communicative. This was a quiet neighborhood, but the tenant above us kept us awake until 4am with loud hollering. I'm assuming it was content creator Joog Squad, as there was a framed picture in our VRBO as advertisement. Docking a star for this reason.

This is a really wonderful location, just off of the main drag and not in the thick of the tourist areas so you don’t get a lot of road noise. The beach is just 2-3 blocks away and there are a couple of places to unwind to keep yourself “hydrated” and dining options that are reasonably priced. I would without question stay here again.
