We just spent an amazing week in Treasure Island and loved our condo and accommodations at the Surf Beach Resort. The hospitality and amenties in the condo were all fantastic, as well as the amazing view from the balcony. Everything was perfect! Surf beach resort

The host had plenty of included amenities including beach furniture and toys, appliances, kitchenware, etc. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The condo is well kept and clean. The only downside was the beds were pretty uncomfortable but this was minor compared to all the positives. If we were to visit the area again, we would stay here again.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great as there are restaurants, ice cream, coffee, etc. all in walking distance, John's Pass Village Boardwalk is a short drive with lots of restaurants and shops as well. The condo was exactly what we needed, and property managers were very quick to respond and assist as we needed. There were beach chairs to use, but also rental for chairs and umbrella right out from the condo on the beach too. We would recommend staying here.

Great location!

Great location! Several places in walking distance for dinner and entertainment. And close to John’s Pass. Great view from the ocean front balcony! Right on the beach. The condo is in need of a deep clean. Linens and surfaces were clean but bathrooms and floors(especially corners and baseboards) in need of a deep clean. Bedrooms in the condo needs new mattresses, my husband and I both had difficulty sleeping comfortably due to the mattress. Overall we had a great vacation, recommend this property owner and property.

Good location easy beach access

Pros-easy check in process. Good location. Beach chair rentals on the beach in front of the unit. Nice balcony. Cons- THE SHEETS are TERRIBLE! Will not stay on the bed. Had read this in previous review and they have not replaced. Kitchen not equipped well. Pans are old. A plus for treasure island also is they have this thing called free beach ride so don’t pay u we. They work for tips and offer fantastic service.

Poor sleeping mattresses

The condo could use upgrading. The mattresses were broke down . Sleeping was difficult. No safety bar in bath tub. Washer was so load it sounded like a jet engine. Until mattresses are replaced and updates to property we would not recommend this condo. However location of condo was great.

Beautiful location and balcony; otherwise lacking

This unit's location and view were spectacular and it was convenient to everything we needed for a great vacation! And they provided beach towels and chairs -- a bonus! Unfortunately, it is not well kept... not very clean, old and dirty furniture, threadbare grayed dishtowels, beds that are backbreakers (I had to sleep on couch), no smart TV, and when we called about the latter, management was an hour late for an appointment with us before cancelling. The site is also stingy with things like trash bags, no dishsoap etc. You will need to buy everything -- even salt. I'd stay at this site again, but not this particular unit.

POOR Security !!!!!!

Someone entered our unit in the evening using a card key. Totally unacceptable......no one in office or with trip could explain to us how this happened it was a very unacceptable and scary experience!! The unit was not as nice/clean as pictured online. Mattresses in poor shape as well as living room furniture. There were a few other large groups that monopolized the pool/bbq area while playing extremely loud music for most of the weekend and those guests were under the influence. Would not recommend for family with young children.

Beautiful View

We checked in very smoothly on a Thursday evening. This condo is in a great location. The layout and space of the condo was perfect for our family of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Having a washer & dryer in unit was wonderful, while the wash cycle is very loud (no running a load while anyone sleeps) it was a great perk for our family. Unfortunately, we were less than thrilled with the cleanliness of the condo. The carpet in both bedrooms has seen better days and needs to be deep cleaned or simply replaced. We had to lay a blanket on the ground for our kids to sit on to shuffle through their suitcases. The condo walls are a bit dirty, but we can move past that. Mold was evident on the shower walls in the master bath. The master bedroom mattress was horrible if you slept on the left side. It has a horrible sloop that made it very uncomfortable and practically slipped you off the edge of the bed. After the first night, we moved the 5 year old to this master bed to sleep alone, my husband and I moved to the 2nd bedroom and my 7 year old moved to the pull out couch. Not ideal, but we made it work. We used the pull out couch, but could not locate a sheet to fit on it. Thankfully we brought an extra blanket with us. We enjoyed this condo complex, and will look into another unit if we travel there again.

Enjoyed our visit, our 2nd to Surf Bch Res. Great location, restaurants & entertainment there. Accommodations met all our needs. Comfortable, large balcony, great views of the sunset. Staff, responsive & personable. We've stayed @ many places over the years, from Indian Rocks Bch to St Pete Bch, & would strongly consider, a return to SBR on our next visit to the area

Fantastic!!

This rental was nearly perfect. The location was perfect. Ocean front, view of the pool. It was quiet, clean. Not all of the outlets in the kitchen worked but that was easy to work around. There were pool and beach toys and chairs in the closet. Truly a great experience, will be booking for next year's vacation!!!

The Perfect Location

Perfect, quieter location on the beach! Beautiful view from the balcony watching the sunsets! A very short walk to the beach! The area has plenty of restaurants. Jon’s Pass is close by with shopping and restaurants. Hop on the Jolly Trolley to explore the different areas along the coast. Grocery stores are nearby too!

Beautiful Getaway in Treasure Island

My parents and I had a wondeful stay at this condo right on Treasure Island! We loved having an ocean-front view and a private pool. It was a short walk from the beach and had direct access to a paved walkway. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!
