The condo and property is very well kept up and clean, excellent location. Had a lil trouble with door locks and tv, but management was right there to address it and got everything corrected, we will definitely stay here again.

Great location, very good condo

Very nice condo. Lots of amenities; they included mini detergent and dishwashing soap, and lots of kitchen utensils/pots/pans to use. Wonderful location close to everything you need on a visit to St. Pete beach. Biggest con is the sheets were a bit too scratchy and could use replaced.

Great locationn

I brought three of my grandchildren to SPB for a short vacay. This condo was excellent for us. Great surprise to have a washer and dryer. The kids absolutely loved the pool area. The screen slider out to patio needs repaired. Other than that it was perfect for us and we cant waiting to return. I have stayed at many places on SPB, this has taken the prize on our fav place to stay.

It is also across the street from the Tradewinds Resort, so you cross the street to get to the beach. The pool and sea wall area on the intracoastal waterway is very nice. We saw a manatee one evening and then some dolphins one afternoon.

Business Trip stay with extra space

Great little place! I own a family business and took an employee ( a relative) to a business conference at the Tradewinds resort directly a crossed the street. We enjoyed the extra space while being very close to the meetings. Our two bedroom condo was very comfortable with a great pool and waterway view for less than half the price of a 2 room stay at the resort. Plus the kitchen had everything we needed to make a quick lunch or breakfast (instrcart groceries) giving us more time to sleep and regenerate after conference meetings and parties. The rental company was excellent with instructions and communications, too.

We also like the fact that we make our own meals with a full kitchen. Close to many restaurants if you like dining out in the evening. My only complaint about this unit were the pillows. They were horrible. It’s a shame that such a great condo would buy cheap pillows. We all said the same thing. I would probably pick a different unit for this reason.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting these condos for around 25 years. The condos have all been modernised over the years. The pool area is always is always kept nice although they need to look at the beds as many have straps missing leaving have holes in them now. The outside lights could be doing with a cost of paint. They have a new touch entry system on the condo door and we were locked out for over 2hrs as the battery had run out. Not the best of system when the battery can only be changed from the inside. We were lucky enough to be in the 2nd floor and a latter was used to get into the back of the property but what happens if you’d in the top floor. The battery needs to changed on a regular basis. As a returning guest, we used to get a 10% discount and use of the Tradewinds under the old management however, this has been withdrawn under the new management company.

The dock was nice to sit at with a coffee and watch the manatees. The pool was extremely crowded with a lot of kids who were not well supervised .
