Gulf Front - Treasure Island got its name from an early hotel owner who buried and discovered a couple of wooden chests on the beach. The hotelier claimed that the chests were filled with treasure. News of the discovery spread quickly, and people began calling the area Treasure Island.
Treasure Island is adjacent to St. Petersburg and central to everything. Treasure Island`s three miles of white sandy beaches, pristine waters, welcoming vintage hotels, and unique restaurants attract visitors worldwide. Go swimming, shelling, sunning, snorkeling, parasailing, bird and dolphin watching, or simply walk the beach and watch an amazing sunset. The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that offers all the conveniences of home: TVs, free wireless high-speed internet, linens, and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator/ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, disposal; iron/ironing board and clothes washer and dryer. Gated Community Note: PER THE ASSOCIATION, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A ONE-TIME $50.00 PARKING/RESORT FEE FOR YOUR STAY. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY - NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU HAVE A SECOND CAR, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 PARKING FEE FOR THE STAY. IF YOU HAVE A GUEST VISIT AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY, THEY TOO WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $10 PARKING FEE FOR THE DAY. GUESTS MUST DEPART BY 11:00 PM. Lands End is located at the southernmost tip of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, surrounded by the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico on three sides. This luxury resort condo includes 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. There is a 24-hour security guardhouse with a gated entry and many other amenities, including an enormous heated pool, a poolside spa, newly renovated shuffleboard and volleyball courts, a large and fully-equipped fishing deck, and two tennis courts with a courtside gazebo. The community is also wrapped in a well-maintained wooden boardwalk for long scenic walks with amazing views at every turn! • ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT • ABSOLUTELY NO PETS IN THE UNIT • Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. • Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk. • The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage. • Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies. • Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY. • Do not feed seagulls from the property. • Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be. • All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers. • Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Don’t think we could’ve asked for more, unbelievable area and property as a whole.Room was very well equipped and accommodating.Complete communication with Sandy Beach rentals from booking to checkout, always available for assistance.Will definitely be choosing this property and rental company again
The place was very nice. A great view of the gulf and the sunset from the balcony. Everyone in the complex were very kind and helpful. A very relaxing stay. The elevator needs to be fixed, it is very noisy and a few times, did not come up even with the floor. There was only one restaurant/bar within walking distance. Other than that, everything was great.

Excellent vacation, but...
Had a great time, property was as advertised, but...we were not given proper check in information. Arrived after business hours, tried calling and emailing for over an hour, and finally were able to reach someone. This info should have been sent prior to our arrival. Other than that, excellent time
Resort area and location at the end of a dead end road so it’s very quiet. Nice walking around the boardwalk except the back side was under repair so you couldnt go all the way around. The property manager was very responsive. We had an a/c issue and it was immediately addressed. Condo was nice and as represented. The mattress in the 2 nd bedroom is very hard and the cleaning people could do a better job. There were things behind the nightstand in the bedroom and popcorn under the couch. A few slats were missing from the blinds on the doors so you couldn’t shut them completely. Overall I would recommend this location and property. The view from the balcony was fabulous.
We came in during the red tide which was a bummer but made the best of our week. The condo is super clean and has a great view. Only major downfall was the queen bed. It was very hard! The pull out couch had springs ready to break through it. So sleeping was tough. We were happily surprised to see umbrellas, chairs, and even a beach wagon in the condo! We would stay there again!

Week at the beach
My kids and I had such a wonderful week at your place. The only reason I am rating it average is that the condo needs to be updated. Other than that, the location right on the beach ( wow!! Sunsets were absolutely stunning!) and the rental company were perfect!

This unit was much better than another one that we were in the first few weeks. Clearly better cared for. Even met the owner down the hall who stopped by to check up. This condo I would gladly return to for another visit.
We wanted a place to get away to that felt like home and would allow us to still social distance with some vitamin D and all the luxuries of home. We were not disappointed! What a fabulous condo with amazing views!! We said many times throughout the week how glad we were to have chosen this wonderful condo. Thank you for the fantastic vacation...it was JUST what we needed!

On our first morning, I got stuck on the elevator between the 3rd and 4th floors at 630a.m. for over an hour. It's super hot in those things. Needs better circulation if you don't want to start sweating while just standing there.

Saved our vacation
They were awesome on being able to get us into a unit super last minute when this were not working with our current location. The office staff was very friendly and super helpful! Very clean! Pool was great and an easy walk to the beach.

Fantastic
This is our 3rd stay at Lands End and our 2nd stay in Unit 11-404. We keep returning to Lands End because of the private location and peaceful atmosphere. The management is very responsive to questions or concerns, even after hours. This Gulf front unit is well-equipped, all you will need are your personal belongings. We really like the floor plan as it offers a Gulf front master bedroom with a large ensuite. Additionally, the master has a glass slider to the balcony next to a glass door wall that when both are opened makes it feel you are sleeping on the beach. The ultimate in a relaxing beach vacation.
