Perfect location, so convenient

We loved being able to walk downtown, so close to the trail. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We'll definitely come back!!!!

Cute, clean, convenient

We booked a short stay and this property did not disappoint. Very close to the central Dunedin hot-spots with great food and drinks. The property is well maintained, very clean, with great amenities including plenty of parking. Management communication and the check-in process was as good and easy and it gets. Looking forward to booking another stay in the future!
