  • Beach Place #102 - Remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo complete with balcony view of popular John's Pass in southern Madeira Beach. This ideally located condo includes heated beachside pool, BBQ grills and an on-site coin laundry for your convenience. Free Wifi. Beach Place unit #102 has one parking spot.

    You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

    The spacious kitchen includes all utensils, coffee maker and microwave. The living area provides comfortable, updated furnishings and television with DVD player, serving as a perfect spot to unwind after a fun filled day at the pool or beach. Both bedrooms provide plenty of room as each has two queen beds, and television making accommodations perfect for families, a girl's or guy's getaway, family reunion or any special occasion. Bathrooms are spacious, meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon approval.

    As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Staying at 102 Beach Place means you have one of the most popular attractions directly across the street! Walked across the condo barefoot and the bottom of my feet were black. Everything else was clean so this must have been an oversight.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Place #102 looks as though it has recently been renovated.. From the balcony, the drawbridge and Bubba Gump’s can be seen. It does not overlook the beach. It was very clean and the Sunhost folks were extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay right across the road from John’s Pass. Access to the beach and pool was very close. I recommend this room.

Nice & clean condo.

Quick and easy checkin and out process. Office staff very helpful. Condo had everything we needed in kitchen (utensils/pans/plates/cups) and a grill on property so we could cook and enjoy home cooked meals. Had an issue with the hot water, however we did not report it immediately as it was Christmas eve/Christmas day and we did not want to take a maintenance person away from their family. Maintenance did respond quickly once we reported the issue on 26th. Would rent from again.

We absolutely love the location and the condos are very clean and spacious. The heated pool is wonderful and you can’t beat the sunsets! We walked Johns Pass many times and it’s so easy to travel up and down Gulf Blvd and visit the other local areas too. We will surely be back again next year.

We absolutely loved it here. Our condo was perfect. Very modern. And the convenience of having so many shops and restaurants right across the street, was a definite plus!! If I am looking for a negative…..there really wasn’t one….other than maybe not having a hot tub. But we knew that going in. Great condo. Great place. Highly recommend!!

Overall nice place to stay

Noisy cars and really loud motorcycles revving up the bridge at Johns Pass is a bit annoying. The sectional in the condo is not very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. At times the toilets don't flush properly but there is a plunger in the condo so that was not a real big issue. Nice heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Management people were very nice. Check in and out was very easy.

102 was a great space. We loved staying in this comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. I had Wifi issues in the condo all week but the office staff was quick to respond and allowed me to jump on their wifi until spectrum came out. we will book with sunhost again.
