Johns Pass Fisherman's Cove & Cottage

  • Water Front Newley Renovated 2-bedroom 1-bath cottage with its own entrance. No expense spared. Quality Linens, Smart Televisions in both bedrooms and living room, Sectional leather sofa, full kitchen and smart locks. This house is appointed with a King Size bed in the Master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. Very comfortable for 4. This property is situated on a quite water front cove where 4 commercial fishing boats dock. If you get lucky enough you may run into the captain and crew either before or after their trip docking their vessel. Just under 150 steps to Village Blvd in the heart of Johns Pass historic fishing village. Johns Pass offers Shopping, restaurants, outdoor Bars with bands, water sports, tiki boat tours, ice cream shops and Fish Famous Seafood Market at Dons Dock. Come watch a commercial fishing boat unload their catch on the boardwalk above Dons Dock. Or take a quick 5-to-7-minute walk down the boardwalk to our beautiful beach for a day of fun in the sun or to wind down and watch one of our stunning sunsets.

    Please bring all personal hygiene products. We will only supply paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and hand soap.

    We have Two Nautica Back Pack 5 position lay back beach chairs in the unit. We have beach towels but they are just basic beach towels like you see at a hotel. If you want the really large beach towels I would recommend bringing.

    No Smoking - If you smoke we will charge a $250 Cleaning Fee.
    Boat Slips NOT available.

Great location on the bay! Very nice brick Patio. High end leather sectional couch and newly remodeled living area. A/C works great. Comfy beds. Dolphins and fishing boats! Can’t wait to book again!

Excellent choice for a quiet little bungalow right in the heart of John’s pass. Steps away from bars, restaurants, and shops, short walk to the beach under the bridge very scenic and beautiful. Definitely would recommend to stay here to anyone. Comfortable beds everything we needed right on the intercoastal. 100% would stay here again.

We just loved this beautiful place! So comfy and clean and close to everything. We walked to the beach, the shops, and a very fun bar. So quiet and peaceful watching for dolphins while sitting in the patio. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and very nicely decorated and furnished. Would love to return!

This is our second time staying here. We love the location; quiet and sits right on an inlet where you can catch beautiful sunrises. It is always clean. Has the essentials you need for the kitchen and the beds are comfortable. After a long day at the beach, we’d like to come back and relax on the couch, which is great

This house is right behind Johns Pass. You can walk to great restaurants, shops and the beach! The house is great for a family. It has great decor, comfy couch, and beds. You can walk right out and have a cup off coffee facing the canal and you might it even see a dolphin or two. It is very peaceful. I would definitely go back.

Great hidden gem. Centrally located only two blocks from the busy Boardwalk, but a world away as you sit on the patio looking out at the peaceful bay and watching dolphins right off the end of the dock. Nicely furnished, extremely clean, and a great host to boost. If in the area again, I will definitely book here. Thank you, Vicky

Great Stay

We were booked for 11 nights. The location was great- walking distance to everything. The cottage had everything you needed and the living area was large and open. The patio was perfect and we had an abundance of wild life to keep us entertained. It was a fantastic stay!!

Perfect getaway

This was our 2nd time visiting Maderia Beach and staying here. The location is great for walking evwrything. The house is amazing the staff is even better! I will definitely stay here again in thr future. amazing

Great dolphin watching from backyard!

Clean and tidy place for our small family beach getaway! Super quick walk to shops, food, broadway, and music! Beach was nice and across the Main Street. Easy daily walk with backpacks and chairs ;) we loved watching the dolphins every morning and evening from the porch!! Great location, so clean, and peaceful. We enjoyed the stay a lot ;)

The house was incredibly clean and well stocked. Walking distance to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk and convenient to markets, restaurants and beaches. We spent a lot of time on the back deck. The sun patterns allowed you to be in the shade or sun in the afternoon and early evening. Very quiet spot on the water opposite the gulf. Loved it! Hate writing a good review that makes it more popular and harder to rent!

Does not disappoint

This was our second time at this property and it did not disappoint! The cottage was very clean, the host is very responsive, and the view over the water is spectacular. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great course in great location!!!

Perfect location to enjoy the beach and within walking distance to live music, great shopping and John’s Pass. The house is so nice and we loved sitting on the patio watching the dolphins and fishing boats come and go. Vicki and crew are awesome. They made sure we were settled and had everything we need. Highly recommend this place!!

Material Beach getaway

This little bayside 2 bedroom was so cute. It was quiet and very private.but very close to food, shops and the beach. The property management keeps the property clean and they are very easy to contact and communicate with. I hIghly recommend this property if you are wanting a small quiet place to relax and have easy access to eberything in the area.
