Watch dolphins play, Great Egrets make new friends, and where pelicans dive daily for dinner. Sleeps up to 5. Pet friendly as well. This beautiful and bright home with meticulous craftmanship and style. A composite dock, new flooring, paver walkways, and so much more! The living area can be completely opened using the five pocket sliders leading to a large screened lanai, privacy fencing and gates. Come and enjoy the new pool * If you wish to have the pool heated, please let us know in advance. $100 extra charge
