Enjoy spectacular sunsets nightly and dine alfresco on your extra-large balcony. The living room has TV with cable and DVD player to relax the day away. The master bedroom has a King bed with a ceiling fan for added comfort and a TV with cable. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has two Double beds with a TV/cable. This condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance calling to US and Canada. The property offers a secure elevator and a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has bathrooms and shower/rinse station. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. There is a charcoal grill for your use as well. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle next or Skimmer bird colony.
