- Come relax in this beautiful one bedroom apartment. Close to everything! One block off of The Historic Main Street of Downtown Dunedin. Tons of restaurants, shops, parks and activities super close-by. World Famous Beaches near-by. Whether your traveling for work or fun, there are Lots of fun things to keep you entertained!
*There are 3 apartments on site, they are all available for rent if you have a larger party. They are all separate and private though. Cute & comfortable! Great for work or play. Rest & relaxation. There is no cable but there are two large flatscreen smart TV's (one in Living room & One in bedroom) that have all the main streaming services available.
One parking spot per unit, but there is free street parking available as well as a free public lot nearby for extra vehicles
I am local and available if needed. Contact-free check in/out.
One block off Main and one block from The Mease Dunedin Hospital
Laundry facility is on site and available for 5 day + stays upon request and is used by housekeeping crew & may be used by other guests. Use at your own risk.
