Newly renovated apartment with quick access to the beach. Accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. This property faces the sparkling Gulf of Mexico with stunning views from the balcony and steps to the beach. The unit has refinished wood floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, a Queen bed in each bedroom, pull out sofa in living area, flat screen tv's, brand new air conditioning units. This charming and cozy apartment has a stunning view of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, beach cruiser bicycles are provided for guests at no charge, beach chairs, gas grill for cookouts, balcony's with table and chairs, outdoor lounge area. daily maid service included free. This unit has a washer and dryer located inside the apartment. Parking is free, high speed wifi is free and there are no resort fees or cleaning fees. Restaurants, ice cream parlor, boutiques are all within a very short walk. Convenient beach access in front of property.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at the Havana Inn. The property was clean and even more spacious than we expected. Plus, we were right across the street from the beach. We stayed on the second floor and enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I cannot wait to go back again!
