Nice condo in the heart of Treasure Island

The condo is very nice, very spacious and it was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen was functional. Probably my favorite feature was the balcony facing the ocean, and how close it was to the beach.

Me and my sister came to Treasure Island for some beach time and had a very nice stay. Condo was very clean and it had everything we needed including an amazing view of the ocean. Convenient location with a short walk to the beach. John's pass was only a mile away. We received regular communication from the condo management company and they were very professional.

Beautiful spacious condo. Wow factor every time you walk through the door with infinite blue water right in front of you. Enjoyed breakfast lunch and dinner on the balcony. Very comfortable bed and well-appointed kitchen. The heated pool and hot tub are excellent in all seasons. It’s a very short, protected walk to the white sand beach, and we were fortunate to see dolphins splashing around with us.

Relaxing getaway

This is a comfortable and clean condo in a great location. The balcony is perfect for coffee, breakfast and sunsets. The nearby grocery store is a plus. We took full advantage of nearby attractions, including a dolphin/sunset cruise, the Dali museum, and chartering a fishing boat and guide. We walked the beach daily. We were very happy with the condo. The property manager was very responsive when we asked for a few extra supplies. Thank you!

Great Stay

The condo met all of my expectations and more. If you’re looking for direct beach this isn’t the place for you, I didn’t want to spend 300 extra a night, so it was perfect for me and my sisters. We had my great nephew visit a couple times during the day and the pool was perfect for. 5 year old learning to swim. The place is clean very well appointed, and all the furniture was very comfortable. The managers were very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. We cooked in most nights, enjoyed the afternoon storms and just loved family time. Publix is right down the street which was very convenient. The road noise during the day is loud but you couldn’t hear a sound of it inside the condo. Will definitely be staying again.

Loved the property, just not a lot in the area

The property was very clean and as described in the listing. It is close to the beach, but still quite a walk to the water with small children since the beach in that area is so wide. Would highly recommend having some form of wagon to use (or maybe the property owner investing in one to keep there). The pool was great and definitely warm enough. Loved that there is a washer & dryer to use. The only negatives we had were in terms of safety for littles. There didn’t seem to be any anchoring of large furniture and there wasn’t a functioning lock on the living room balcony door (unless we missed that somehow). The area seems very safe and the beach is extremely clean. Just not a ton of activities to do within walking distance for small children (not anything to do with the property listing, just adding for those researching options).

Nice Beach Place

The property was as advertised and a very nice place to stay, close to the beach and nice beach trail walkway which we enjoyed. The view from the balcony for the beautiful sunsets was great! The pool was heated and pretty, but I did not use it. I did give the general manager some suggestions for a few things that would help with safety and handicapped people in the showers. The only problem we had which I told the general manager of this property about were several nights of noises above us. That property was managed by someone else. The people finally left. The ceiling above us and walls in the bathroom when there was a toilet running all night above us are thin! Otherwise, everything seemed as promised and contacting the general manager was easy with good response times. Thank you!
