Perfect location

We had a fantastic time here. Location is perfect for the easy beach access, and for John’s pass. The pool was a hit for the kids. Size of the room was great for our family of 4. Only down fall was the cleanliness. Condo needs a good deep cleaning. But all we did was sleep there. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed it! Lady at the office was very friendly. Loved the location. The balcony and under cover parking was really nice. Property was well maintained and the maintenance staff were friendly and kept everything looking good.

Beach hotel

The location can't be beat. With John's pass right across the street and a quiet beach this is a great place for a vacation. It is definitely more of an adults condo. Simply because most of the other guests there are adults, not many kids. Granted we stayed in October so that might have something to do with it. it is an older building, nothing big and fancy. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The balcony that overlooks the ocean is absolutely beautiful. Housekeeping could definitely do a better job at cleaning. The ceiling fans were coded and dust, they were old sand piles lane in the corners, and the toilet definitely needed a better clean. But you don't go to the beach just sit in the room so it did not hinder the overall vacation!

We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect and right across from John's Pass. Condo was clean with ample supplies. The balcony was beachfront so we could enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay again and would also use TRS for reservation services.
