Family of 4 - Great Spot!

We loved our stay here! The property was exactly as described. It has everything we needed to make our beach vacation comfort. The pool and lounge area was fantastic. Right on the beach too!

Girls get away!

Great condo with awesome location! Beach is gorgeous and the pool is very nice with fun bar. The unit is updated and is extremely well-kept. We will definitely be back!

Spacious condo unit

Spacious unit. Having the two bathrooms is a huge plus being there with family. Very easy access to the beach. Pool area is very nice. Parking was assigned which we loved! No hunting for a spot. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacay in Treasure Island, Florida

We had a very nice stay in 306-S. The condo was clean and well stocked for our needs. We literally had zero complaints, just complements and appreciation for being able to have a nice family trip to the Tampa area. The beach area and pools were a short walk from the unit. The unit is also close to the elevator. The closet was stocked with beach toys, a large beach blanket, and umbrella to name a few. The beds were comfortable and everything worked just fine. Meaning the ceiling fans, hair dryers, AC, washer/dryer, and stove. We only turned on the living room TV once or twice, we were too busy otherwise. We were able to drive to Busch Gardens and Steinbrenner Stadium to catch a professional baseball game. The ice machine didn’t make ice, but it wasn’t a problem for us. I didn’t check the settings and that could have been the issue, so I thought I would mention it. I would seriously come back and rent again. Thank you for having us.

Perfect getaway

Our trip was pretty seamless. We did have an issue with the entry code, and it was late when we arrived, but we were able to get in touch with someone as promised and it was handled quickly. After that everything was perfect. The condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable and had pretty views. It suited our needs perfectly. The tiki bar was nice. The beach was beautiful. The courtyard with the fountains was so relaxing. And the cafe was an added benefit. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Good, not great

Location was good, but overall the unit needs a lot of repairs due to wear and tear. Cabinets were broken, faucets had excessive water corrosion. Owners bought brand new towels and never washed them cause they to not dry and we had to launder them ourselves to remove some of the excess fuzz. The floor wasnt mopped and caused our socks to be dirty. Drywall needs repairing, baseboards etc.I wouldn't stay here again.

Great short vacation. The location, beach access, outside areas and weather got 4-5 stars. The inside got 3 stars. The outside areas of the resort were really gorgeous. The inside of our unit was in need of a little love. Could use a good cleaning and a coat of paint. Beds were comfortable. The outside door and space immediately inside the kitchen need some attention. Gave a poor first impression - and then the inside was better. Patio could use some updated furniture. We did not bring a car but the parking was very convenient. Access to beach was wonderful. Nice pool bar and snack shop.

Nice condo for a family

Nice view of ocean, great beach access, nice clean pool. Great location! Close to restaurants and of course the beach! The room had some minor issues. Could use a new coffee pot because lid was broken and some of the beach chairs were broken and rusty and could definitely stand replacing. Also bed pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable, I had a stiff neck every morning. The spare pillows in the closet looked old and stained so I didn't want to use them. I had to wash the spare blankets in the closets before we used them because they smelled musty. I wonder when they had been washed last. The master bathroom could have been a little cleaner, especially the dust behind the door and along the baseboards. The handle on the sliding glass door in the family room was broken so we couldn't lock it and even after the maintenance guy came to "fix" it, the next day it was broke again. Overall had a great week here and despite the few minors things mentioned above I would definitely return!

Over priced out dated unit

The unit was a big disappointment for the amount of money charged to rent it. The unit was very outdated and needs updated. Black mold in the shower, chalked tub faucet, black dirt on fan edges and windows that were dirty. Old furniture stuffed into small bedrooms. It was a struggle to move around the master bedroom that should not have a king size bed jammed in there, a dresser with drawers that worked poorly, plus only one nightstand. Patio furniture didn't match the photos online. Pictures had cushions on patio chairs and a nice table. Instead it was a crusty white plastic table and no cushions on the chairs. Consumables provided were a joke. One worthless coffee pad, paper thin bath soap, only one trash bag, and not even one box of tissues. Bath towels and beach towels were thin and very basic. The resort itself was very nice but this unit was a huge disappointment and I will never rent from this company again.

Review

Everything was good except need better instructions of where to go when arrive the first day. The elevators closest to our condo one was broken the entire stay and the other one was broken on and off you never knew if it was working until you walked to it and then you would have to go find another one if it was not. Elevators need work!

Lovely place, nice view of the beach from the balcony. . The pool area is beautiful. My daughter and I were very comfortable there. We had what we needed to cook some of our own meals. We loved our stay and very much appreciated the beach towels, little cooler and beach chairs provided!

Needs an Update

I've stayed at Sunset Vista every year for the last 15 or so years. This unit was my least favorite. It's in need of an update. It's worn out and tired. The bathrooms are dated, with broken tile and messy grout. The sliding door jams are filthy and hard to open and shut. The patio furniture is not the stuff in the picture at all. The chairs are rusty and uneven on the floor. The patio floor was actually soft for some reason- the chairs stuck in whatever it was coated with? The table on the patio is small and not very aesthetic.The kitchen has the basics but nowhere near as well stocked as other units I have stayed in. The toaster needs replaced - it doesn't work. The dishwasher moves in the cubby it's in- it needs tightened or something. The washer/dryer is old, which is fine, but the dryer leaves incredible amounts of fuzz on everything. The beds are very very uncomfortable - the king sized is particularly hard.The saving grace is that it's Sunset Vista and the location is amazing, the view is beautiful and the pools are fantastic. I love the grounds - clean and serene. I booked through ITrip and they were really quick to respond when I had questions and concerns.

Winter Getaway

great location on Gulf Boulevard on Treasure Island. Trolley stops right in front of the building. Within walking distance of many restaurants and John's Pass. Would hardly know that a major hurricane went through just a short time ago. Everyone working hard to get the property and area businesses up and running again. Although a little smaller than what we thought, it was the right size for just the 2 of us.

Wonderful but ...

It's a really nice condo and we really enjoyed our stay! The listing said it included coffee (and I assumed filters) and paper towels, but those things were not there. Also the pillows were all too puffy with no options for a flat pillow, which may not seem like a big deal but if you are used to a flat pillow the puffy ones are hard on your neck and uncomfortable. Just a couple things that make it 4 star, not 5.
