A beautiful and comfortable condo in a great location (10 min to the beach)! We loved the pool as well as the exercise room. The condo has absolutely everything you need, a very comfy bed, and is immaculate and well-decorated. The best part of this rental is Nadia herself- she is wonderful and on top of anything you may need. She even extended our stay a night when our flight was cancelled. Thank you Nadia! Staying here was a top 10 rental for us!

Great stay in Clearwater

Nadia was very responsive and accomodating during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the beach chairs and the extra murphy bed. The heated pool was perfect for the few cloudy days we got. Otherwise, it was very easy to get to the beach from the condo whenever we wanted too. We recommend!

Clearwater stay

We rented for 1 week . Location is about 10 minutes drive to Clearwater beach . It’s quiet and clean . The place has a nice pool inside the complex . Really nice communication with the people from the complex , really trying to please us .The only issue we had was that the unit smelled like mold .They replaced the air filter however nothing changed .

Nice stay at the Avalon

Our condo was very comfortable and very nicely appointed. The host was very attentive and helpful with all needed information. As we have stayed previously at the Avalon, it is appropriate to compare our unit to others we've had. I would put this unit at the top of the list, as it had every convenience and looked very nice. We hope to have another opportunity to stay here, it truly provided great accommodations. Sincerely, Frank and Sheila
