The master bedroom is waterside with a sliding glass door to the balcony as well as a King size bed, ceiling fan, mounted TV, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has double sinks and tub/shower. There is a utility space with a washer and dryer right in the condo. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds, a ceiling fan, and TV. The hallway bathroom has a step-in shower. What a location, being directly across the street from the complex's private beach access to the sandy Gulf beaches of Indian Shores. After a wonderful day at the beach, go fishing on the complex's fishing pier, relax poolside, take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub or just sit back and relax on your amazing waterfront balcony.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
