Miles and Miles of FANTASIC walkable Beaches! SUNBATHERS, BEACH WALKERS, OCEAN SWIMMERS, FISHERMEN AND YOU COULD BE ENJOYING THE BEACH!

Great Ocean Front Large Condo with 3 Bedrooms, 2.0 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

This large, beachfront, condo is setup perfectly for your perfect Florida beach vacation! Living room is very large and open spacious area with 2 comfortable couch', Just watch the ocean, sunset or just relax. Large dining area and great for games also! Breakfast bar also.

Kitchen is fully equipped with full range of appliances large and small. Cook all you want, or bring in from restaurants just across the street, and/or very close grocery store. (Easy to walk to also!!!) Grills (gas) and picnic tables are downstairs ready for your use.

Really Important !! I supply essential needs, Laundry soap, Kitchen soap, Dishwasher soap, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Hand soap, Scrub Pads, Coffee Filters. I personally have visited alot of Condos and hated having to run out and purchase these items the first hours after arrival. Beach Towels and Chairs also are ready for you to "hit the beach"!!! They are there now for you!!!!!

The large master bedroom with large bathroom and walk-in shower. Walk out to the balcony from the master bedroom, and enjoy waking up to the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. So relaxing !!!!!

The second bedroom is setup with two Queen size beds, and the third bedroom has a 2 single beds. The second bedroom has a large bathroom, double sinks and tub/shower combo There's also plenty of space in the condo with over 1450 square feet of space and is one of the largest three bedroom condos on the beach!

This Condo has everything! In the Condo is full size new washer and dryer! I have rented condo's for years and hated to buy soaps and paper products, So I make it a point to stock those for you. Nice to have everything ready upon arrival !!!

Its also ideally located to restaurants (right across the street) so walk to bars, shopping you name it, its very close. John's Pass and Boardwalk are just a mile away. Transportation is rarely really needed!!!!! Just walk its all so close!!

With two reserved parking spaces (really important!), Just for you!

Another big plus I've been told by guests, its perfectly located, 2nd floor (3 floors up, garage is 1st of course in beach condos) Great beach and ocean view! Remember if you get to high up, you miss the seeing out views of the beach and ocean, just ocean above 4 floors up. If you want, you can easily walk down the stairs, no waits for elevator from upper floors!

And of course Watch the dolphins and fantastic sunset every evening from the deck! Amazing views!

Great location

The condo was perfect for our family! Location is perfect and not to crowded on the beach! There was an issue with the pool being closed for a couple days because a kid had used the bathroom in it but nothing that could be helped by the condo owner!

Perfect beach location

This property is wonderful! Spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels, and the views!!! This exceeded our expectations. We had one issue with the shower not draining, and Russ was prompt about contacting the right people to get it fixed right away. We will keep this property on pur list for our next visit to Madeira Beach!

Excellent condo & location

This was our first trip to Madeira & we loved it!! The condo is spacious and comfortable. Love the location!! There are restaurants close by to walk to. Some nights we took a longer stroll down the beach to the Pass. The owner is very responsive. He started providing helpful information as soon as the reservation was booked. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Beautiful!

Great stay at 206 Las Brisas! The condo smelled so clean when we arrived! We had everything we needed for the first few days including an ample supply of paper towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies. Madeira is our favorite area and we were very pleased with the condo!

Great views and location

Just had a week at this gorgeous Condo. Russ the owner was very helpful and check in was quick and easy. The Condo itself was spacious and had everything in it that you needed to enjoy yourself. The views from the condo where spectacular and the locations was brilliant plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Overall would highly recommended staying here and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Russ.

Awesome stay!

Property was super clean. Beds were comfortable! Russ was fantastic to work with, we stayed right after the hurricane blew through and he gave me daily updates. The condo was very convenient for a family. Stocked well with kitchen supplies, paper towels, tp, dish soap, coffee filters, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the kids. Very convenient location with places to eat around you so you can walk if you would like. Our family was super pleased!

Everything you need is supplied. Communication with the owner is excellent. Russ is the perfect host. The location on the beach is perfect. Love the chairs on the balcony overlooking the ocean. My grandson loves building castles on the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Cant wait till next year

Perfect beach stay!

Our 3 generation family had a wonderful stay! Everything we could have wanted was included at the condo. Plenty of room for everyone without getting under each other's feet. The property goes directly onto the beach! There are chairs, towels & some toys for the beach in the condo. There are 2 parking spaces under cover (which was wonderful considering the temperatures were in the upper 80s to low 90s all week!). They were also right at the elevator! Thanks Russ, for making our stay a great one!

Family trip

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed the beach front property and the Reef restaurant that was in walking distance. This condo had all we wanted and then some. One downfall is that the condo next to us was smoking which made it hard to enjoy the balcony since my son has asthma. We just went down to the beach. Other than that it was fantastic.

Our happy place.

Our family and extended family stayed here 3 years ago for my husband's 50th birthday. We enjoyed the condo, surrounding community and atmosphere so much we couldn't wait to go back. It was three years in the making and It didn't disappoint. Everyday we watched the building being cleaned, painted and maintained. The condo itself is clean and it has a wonderful view. We watched dolphins swim by every day. We would go back in a heart beat.

The condo was in good shape and in an ideal location. Had a problem with the washer, but it was repaired right away. The ice maker did not work all week, so hopefully that has been attended to. Our family had a wonderful week and we would stay here again!

This condo has everything you need! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a great view! The host was super responsive and helpful! Very close walk to a lot of shops, eateries and grocery stores! Great view and highly recommended!
