Great location, Cozy and Cute Condo Building on St. Pete Beach! No Streets to Cross!
**Great place for Families, Couples, Girl's weekend and Guys's golf trips!

IMPORTANT: Please read below before booking:
**Minimal renter age = 25 years old. The person renting the unit must be staying in the unit. (Renting for someone else, like a teen or college student, is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate cancellation of booking.)
**Sleeps 5 comfortably, MAXIMUM number of adults that can stay in the unit = 4. Please pay attention the the bedroom set-up. There is a pull-out bed in the sofa for additional sleeping space. Maximum occupancy 6.
***Failure to abide by these occupancy rules is grounds for termination of rental.
**There is one parking space provided with our unit. Our building is small which has it perks! However, unless it is the slower season, typically there are no extra spaces for additional overnight guests.
YOUR PARADISE: You’ll appreciate this clean, family-friendly, well appointed condo with EASY beach access. Our building is located directly on the white sands of St. Pete Beach.
Our unit is considered a partial beach view. It has a southwest partial view of the pool, beach and ocean. What this mean is that you can see the beach/ocean from our balcony; just not a direct view. We are closer to the beach in the building but benefit from being just far enough away that pool noise does not bother you.
FROM THE BALCONY you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine/soda at night sitting at the table out there.
INDOORS you will find a well appointed living space, 2 bedrooms, laundry closet, full kitchen and dining area along with two full-sized bath rooms. One with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub. We have all of the amenities of home plus some!
IN THE MASTER BEDROOM you will find a nice king-sized bed, along with a full dresser, tv, side table, closet and its own private full walk- in shower bathroom. (We tucked a play n play under the bed for those that need it.)
IN THE GUEST BEDROOM you will find a twin over a full bunk bed, a large dresser and tv. Please consider our accommodations in regards to your family's needs when booking our unit. There is a pull out bed in the living room if needed as well.
THE STYLISH KITCHEN is fully equipped for your cooking needs. It has granite counter tops, newer stainless steel appliances and a nice working space. It is well stocked with everything you need/want to make a great meal for your family. (Check out the local fish markets to grab the catch of the day!)
THE DINING AREA in our unit is situated between the living and kitchen areas and seats 6 people comfortably. We have a family friendly table/booth type of seating. This set-up makes dinner time a breeze as everyone has a spot to sit and then some.
THE LIVING AREA is a nice size with a comfy sectional that has been rumored to cause naps along with a chaise lounge. There is a full-sized pull out bed located there as well.
NEAR THE POOL.. you will find a nice grill to use especially when cooking fish! With being on the second floor, cooking outdoors is convenient and fun. There is an outdoor covered eating area near the pool as well. This makes cooking and dining outside while watching the kids swim very easy to do . Please note that there is not a life-guard on duty. A responsible adult should be watching your child(ren) at all times.
ON THE BEACH: Our unit is on the second floor with easy access to both stairs and the elevator. Access to the beach is quick: You’ll spend just seconds getting there which makes it very convenient especially for families with children. (Nap time is easy with our condo. We have a pack-n-play as well if needed.)
Our building only has 42 units in it. Feeling over-crowded is unlikely even during high rental periods.
LOCATION!: Located right on gorgeous St. Pete Beach! Our condo is a short walk to the famous Don Cesar Hotel & Resort where you can grab an upscale dinner and ice cream for the kids. There are beach bars nearby (SandBar Bills is a favorite.) There are upscale restaurants and casual dining, depending upon your mood and budget.
Grocery stores are close as well as are some touristy stores on Gulf Blvd. Cory Avenue is down the road and has a few shops/restaurants that are fun to try. It is often closed off for different markets throughout the year as well. You can travel to John's Pass for a little more of that touristy feeling, go putt-putt golfing, bowling or head down to St. Petersburg and enjoy the beautiful pier. It is only a 15 minute drive. The farmer's market down there on Saturdays is the best. Great food and unique finds! They also have a minor league soccer team so be sure to check them out when they are in-season.
Central Avenue has some fun restaurants and bars as well. You can take "Cheap Beach Rides" down there. You can also head down to quaint Pass-A- Grill for some dining and shopping as well. Top Golf is in St. Petersburg too. There is the Lowry Zoo in Tampa which is about 1/2 hour away. You can watch the Rays or take in a Tampa Bay lightning game as well. Walt Disney World is a 2 hour drive while Busch Gardens is closer.
Playgrounds for kids are just minutes away as are neighboring golf courses for those who enjoy to play. There is also a fishing pier (Merry Pier) located in Pass-a-Grille, not far away, where you can rent fishing equipment and go on boating excursions, You can rent paddle boards or go parasailing from companies located on the beach or on the strip of Gulf Blvd. Be sure to google them as some have moved locations after the hurricanes came through. Fort Desoto is also a quick ten minute or less drive away too. SO beautiful! You can rent bikes there, take the kids to the pier there and watch fishermen do their thing, There is so much or so little to do. That is up to you!
YOUR EXPERIENCE: For your best possible vacation experience, our condo is independently managed with an on-site office to ensure excellent customer service and cleaning. The unit and building are both smoke and pet free!
****If you ever find anything broken, something not working properly or not cleaned correctly or well, we URGE you to contact the on-site office or us, the owners, and we will take care of it for you asap! (If we know about it, we can fix it.)

INVENTORY LIST:
For the beach: We have at least four beach chairs in the unit at all times for you to use on the beach. There is an umbrella, a small cooler, a beach blanket, a beach cart, and some beach toys. If you are in need of beach towels, you can rent them from the office for $10 each. You will get your money back once you return the towels. There is a bin by the pool that usually has beach toys as well. Ours often end up in there so if none are found in the unit check the beach toy bin by the pool.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked from coffee mugs, wine glasses, plastic cups, plates and and glass cups, pots and pans, utensils, mixing bowls and spoons, coffee maker, blender, toaster, teapot and everything in between.
