Direct Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condominium is the perfect family vacation spot. The sugary sand beach of Indian Shores and beachside heated swimming pool, hot tub and grill area make vacation memories easy to create. This condo has been updated and has solid floors throughout the condo. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. The living room has a large TV if you can tear away from the views of the water on your private balcony. The master bedroom is also Gulf front and has a slider door to the balcony. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom and TV along with an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. No need to overpack, there is a washer and dryer right in the condo. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a ceiling fan. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have views of the Intracoastal Waterway across the street. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. Perfect for getting the sand off the kiddos! There is FREE Long Distance calling to US and Canada and FREE secure WiFi in the condo. Assigned parking space, limited guest spaces. Please ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use and FREE unlimited DVD movies.***Non-Smoking*** The condo complex has nice gas grills for your use and a large, beachside, heated swimming pool and a hot tub.
