This condo is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. The living room has comfy leather couches and TV with cable and DVD player. The open floor plan makes a nice space for families to share special memories. The direct Gulf front master bedroom has a King size bed, sliding glass door to balcony, ceiling fan, smart TV with cable and DVD player and ensuite bathroom. The updated master bathroom has a step-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Double beds, ceiling fan and smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan, and smart TV. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
