- Waterfront 2 BR/ 2 BA condo at Harbourside at Marker 33. Our property boasts sweeping views of the Intracoastal from a private balcony, is located across the street from the beach, and resides in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach!
Guests can walk right out of the property and access many local restaurants, bars, and shops. Our condo includes 4 daily water park passes - a $120 per day value! Adults can relax poolside with access to full restaurants and bars on site while children can enjoy the full size water park slides, heated 600 ft lazy river, blue lagoon, and more. Fish all you want off the docks right outside! You'll also enjoy gulf water sunsets from two sundecks facing west.
The interior of 4415 is custom designed with beautiful décor. It's perfect for families or honeymooners alike. The unit has fresh tranquil paint colors and upgraded tile flooring. Everything is new, light, and airy.
