  • Step outside and you're in the heart of downtown Dunedin, one of Florida's most walkable towns, with restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music right outside your door.

    This newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is made for comfortable stays of any length. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which is perfect for two couples or friends traveling together. The primary suite has a king bed and double vanities, and the guest room has a queen.

    You'll find a full gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, spa-style bathrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and quality furnishings throughout. The living room and both bedrooms have new TVs with DirecTV, Netflix, and Prime. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, along with individually controlled central A/C and heat and ceiling fans in every room.

    The condo sits on the second floor of a charming mixed-use building, above a ladies' boutique and a home decor shop we love. A secure private residential entrance and elevator keep your coming and going easy.

    Walk to the marina, bike the Pinellas Trail, or head to Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands for some of the best beaches in Florida. Dunedin comes alive all year with 2nd Friday Night on the Town, the weekend farmers market, and favorite festivals like Mardi Gras, St. Paddy's Day, and Wines the Blues.

Location was convenient to everything in downtown Dunedin. Reserved parking was very convenient. The host was so accommodating and catered to every need we had. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and every request was granted. Elevator and wagon were super convenient for getting groceries upstairs.
