  • 2 bedroom 1 bath 1920's grove cottage right in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. Walk to many restaurants, bars, breweries, a night club, and a distillery. Waterfront is also walking distance for sunset.

    There are 2 bedrooms and one bath with comfy beds and blackout curtains. the kitchen has everything that you need to cook at home or visit one of our many restaurants within walking distance. The front porch is a perfect place to people watch with coffee or cocktails!
