  • Welcome to Crystal Sands Beach House at Indian Rocks Beach! Your home away from home in the small beach town of Indian Rocks Beach. You will love the laid back atmosphere and uncrowded beaches.

    Great location, 1 block to the beach and steps to great restaurants, surf shop, ice cream shop, bait and tackle and English pub. For the kids there is a great park (Kolb Park) one block away. Be in the center of everything while enjoying the quiet location.

    Indian Rocks Beach is right in between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. There are no high rises and limited beach parking therefore, it is all your to enjoy!

    This apartment is the ultimate in clean modern beach decor. Newly decorated and updated unit with all the comforts from home. Free WiFi and cable tv with DVR and Smart TV to connect to Netflix and Hulu. We have included a wagon filled with beach chairs, umbrella, towels and beach toys for the kids. Very clean! Park your car right in front of the unit. No stairs or long walk with luggage or groceries. BBQ and outdoor picnic table.

We will definitely be back! This two bedroom Little house had everything we needed and was absolutely perfect for our weekend trip to Indian Rock to visit our daughter and grandson. Location was just up the street from the beach not even five minute walk. You have awesome waking distance restaurants (must try TJs Italian Cafe 👩‍🍳😘 - let him know Andre and his wife sent you 😉). The host also provided beach essentials (nice size umbrella, small cooler for drinks, beach chairs (3), towels and a wagon to carry everything you need to the beach. I will say, the wagon is getting old and can be replaced. Overall- we had an amazing time

worked in the area for a couple of days then spent weekend catching up with my best friend. the unit was very clean and comfortable. walked to everything we needed and enjoyed beautiful sunsets!!! thank you for being a great host .

Great stay!

Crystal Sands was a cozy home away from home for our month in IRB. The apartment had all the comforts of home including the beach supplies. It was wonderful having a BBQ grill to utilize. Nicole was very responsive and accommodating. The location was great, within walking distance of several restaurants and the beach was a block away. I would definitely recommend.

The unit was absolutely adorable! Exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our home away from home vacation including everything needed for the beach! Loved the beach being so close ( about a block away ) along with restaurants and shops! Definitely plan on staying here again!

Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed Indian Rocks Beach. Crystal Sands was beautiful and exceeded expectations. The host Nicole provided everything we needed even charcoal and lighter fluid! I highly recommend Crystal Sands.

Great place, great location

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Sands Beach House. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of chairs and beach necessities. The wagon made hauling stuff to the beach super easy. Perfect location and a short walk to the beach. I highly recommended. Communication with the owner was easy, she was very responsive

Cute beach house!!

The house is super cute and worked well for our family. It was close enough to walk to the beach and with the wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys, it was a perfect fit for us. The beds were not the most comfortable but it was okay for a few days stay. Everything else was perfect. Nicole gave great recommendations for food as well! We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Great Place for Family Vacation!

This place was great for staying with a toddler. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to get it all to the beach along with a pack-n-play and a stroller for little ones to use. It was a couple blocks walk to the beach and a nearby playground and the local library. There was great food nearby, and the area had a really nice laid-back feel. We had a slight issue when we arrived, but the owner was very easy to work with and made up for the inconvenience. We'd stay there again in a heart beat. You won't go wrong choosing Nicole's place!

What a great place & as advertised!!

We had a blast in IRB. The place is very quiet and the beach is wonderful and not even a 5 min walk from the apartment! The apartment was immaculate and just as advertised. Check in was so easy and Nicole has everything well documented in a binder. Both rooms were very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. In the binder, Nicole offers suggestions for places to eat. Of the 4 places we tried, all were very excellent and all were just a short walk away! To top it off, we had everything we needed for the beach. We definitely plan on going back ron IRB, so much so that I’ve started looking at property. However, I know that we will try to rebook with a Nicole at least once more! Thanks Nicole for giving us an awesome 4 nights in the little slice of paradise that is IRB! -Jim

This apartment was great! It was the perfect place for our family of 4. It was nicely decorated, clean and the perfect location close to everything! The beach is an easy walk just a block away and restaurants within walking distance also. The owner was very responsive with check in details and recommendations and answered all our questions! Close to the beach

Nice place to stay close to the beach. Great communication with host. Loved all the beach supplies provided! My daughter, granddaughter and myself stayed here and had plenty of space. Nice soft bath towels. Blender, coffee maker, etc were all provided. The only thing missing was a toaster. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Place is so Beach comfy. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Beautiful artwork on the walls. Few minute walk to the beach and great restaurants. Manager was fantastic!
