Quiet, relaxing location

A quiet location and so peaceful beside the water way. We saw dolphins in the water which was an added bonus. Pool is huge and clean. Short walk to the beach. Just the right size for 2 people.

Great location between the ocean and a canal. In a quiet section close to St Pete and Clearwater. It’s a little dated but very clean and the Host was very responsive. We would stay again.

Peaceful getaway

We loved staying at this unit in Indian Shores! The beautiful and huge pool, the access to the ocean across the street but most of all the quiet serenity of the intra coastal waterway right outside the back!! I could sit there watching the birds, boats and the occasional dolphin for hours!!Christine is a wonderful host!

Nice place

This rental met all of our needs. It is exactly as described. The only downfall was it has a beautiful pool but it was too cold to use but that couldn't be prevented. We enjoyed ourselves and thanks for letting us stay.

Peaceful Paradise

Couldnt ask for a better stay! The condo/ studio was wonderful! Had everything you need for your stay and more. Christine is a fabulous host. I cant wait to book with her again. The entire property was clean and well kept. We loved sitting and watching the boats pass outside on the intercostal waterway. we saw so many dolphins and manatees right up close. There are many species of birds who visit. Right across the water is a nature preserve so no traffic or noise except the wildlife and very few lights at night so even the stars shine. It’s really beautiful here. We fell in love with this place and were excited to start planning the next visit.

Nice little Paradise

The property was just perfect for me and my small dog. The neighbors are kind. The beach is not crowded and the sand is incredibly soft. Great pool on the property to!

The View

This is the fourth time that we've stayed at Belleview an each time the stay is more pleasant than ever. The other guest are extremely nice and they remember us every year. We will be back soon.

Amazing time

We had an amazing time. The place was clean. It has everything we needed. It was a convenient location. The beautiful beach was right across the street which was not as busy as some of the more popular beaches, the pool was huge and the bay was fantastic to watch dolphins swimming by in the morning. The host was very quick to respond and was very accommodating to our requests. We would certainly come back to stay here.

Very Nice short stay

Excellent location on the inter-coastal with beach across the street. Enjoyed sitting at table watching boats cruising down the waterway. Condo had everything I needed. Unfortunately, a cold front came thru while I was there, but there were a couple space heaters on hand to keep warm. There was construction going on in the lower level of building (hurricane recovery) but I was aware of that prior to booking. The owner was quick to answer any questions and great to work with. I would definitely stay again.

Cozy little condo

Traveling with friends but needed my own place. This was just right, and affordable, for me. The use of the murphy bed really helped open the space during the day. Property has a really nice big pool.

Worn out

Place needs a deep cleaning.There was lots of crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Stuff is old and should be thrown out. Didn’t want to use anything in the kitchen. Had to clean when we got there before we started our vacation. Place needs remodeled. Have to open refrigerator door in order to use the oven. 17 broken floor tiles. Location was great

Perfect place

Very cute efficiency apartment with a great view of the inter coastal waterway and shirt walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need to be comfortable. Quiet complex with nice neighbors. Pool was wonderful!! Dolphins every morning to see swimming by while sitting on balcony drinking coffee. Definitely would stay again.

Friends Vacation

Spent five days at this condo. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the Dolphins and stingray out in the morning. Loved sitting on the chairs at night listen to water. The condo was clean and in a safe area. Lots to do around the condo. Host was great at answer my question. Can't wait to come back. Already looking at rebooking this coming winter

Overall condo was just as advertised. To bad we happened to pick the coldest Christmas in years to visit. Small oil heater did little to warm the condo. Really no ones fault, who would have thought it would be as cold as it was? Had a great stay.

Small, but nice location

The condo is small, but with its location, you're not going to want to hang out inside anyways. I had a hard time finding the beach access, but it was great once I figured it out. The Suncoast beach trolley has a stop directly in front of the building ($2.25 per trip or $5 for a day pass) which is super handy to get to both John's Pass and Pier 60. I saw dolphins in the water behind the building a few times. I found the extra blankets to be older and itchy, but everything else was nice.

Nice Area

We enjoyed our stay and the area was nice and safe. It was fun watching all the boats going down the intercostal. However we weren’t impressed with cleanliness in the cupboards and especially the bathroom. The baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in a long while and the shower curtain was filthy, I can’t believe the hosts didn’t replace it before we arrived. I have a picture of the shower curtain, but there’s no place to post a picture here.
