  • Located in Madeira Beach, this condo is located in the sought-after location of Madeira Beach Yacht Club and is the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. Guests will enjoy our one-bedroom space located just one block from the beach and walking distance to many local bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. We are also directly across the street from the Madeira Beach Recreation Center where guests can enjoy tennis, pickleball, softball tournaments, or seasonal events like fishing tournaments and concerts.

    This condo features a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishware, glassware, a keurig coffee maker, and more. The bedroom features a cozy queen bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure, as well as a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and is stocked with all the amenities you will need. Climate control keeps the space comfortable no matter the season. We even supply beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers to make packing for your beach vacation as convenient as possible.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We don't want you to worry about cleaning before you leave. Just please remove any food items in the fridge that may spoil and take out the trash. There is a dumpster located in the parking lot.
Don't forget to leave the pool bands and gate keys on the hook by the front door. There is a $35 replacement fee charged for missing bands and keys. (each)
Please text the owner when you leave to let them know you are gone. Lock the door and have safe travels back home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had another great stay at this apartment! We actually stayed here a few years ago and were happy to come back. The apartment is comfortable, well located, and just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores.Although the complex is still being renovated after the hurricane a couple of years ago, it did not affect our stay. The pool was opened and we had a good time there too.A special thank you to Tanya, who was always friendly, responsive, and available whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!
