View was amazing , wanted to stay on balcony the whole time. Great beaches to walk and restaurants close by. The unit itself needs updated , bathtub basin stains and could use some throw rugs. Lots of extra towels and beach supplies were a great plus ! Loved the stay!!

Condo has a great view. Was able to walk right out on the beach. Front staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo itself though could use some updating. The shower was discolored and didn’t seem very clean. But all and all it was a decent choice for the money.

Location, location, location. The condo is right on the beach and close to the heated pool! Fun Tikki bar by the pool that served great drinks and food. The building itself is older, the are working on some repairs, the condo was a bit of a disappointment, it was in dire need of updates, especially in in the bathroom.but it was clean and the small kitchen met our needs. Overall a good value if you can overlook the need for updates!

LOVED IT!

I am a Tampa Native and have frequented MANY hotels/condos in the area beaches. This location may be my favorite! I absolutely LOVED the area- clean nice beaches, great food spots, easy walk to everywhere. The room was very clean and nice, and the grounds were well kept. My favorite part was the pool and pool bar! The bar staff were great and super accommodating, and it was excellent to have such easy access to great drinks! I will definitely be going back.

What a view!

Upon opening the door to our rental, we were treated to a spectacular view of the gulf. The balcony was absolutely our favorite spot! This property was clean and has all the amenities we wanted. It was the perfect location for our short vacation. We were able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and the harbor. The front desk staff was very helpful and, after a very long and difficult ride, the tiki bar was a welcomed convenience!! I cannot say enough about the friendly and responsive management personnel. Even though they were not on sight, they were only a text or phone call away. We so appreciated their flexibility. Can’t wait to go back next year during Spring training!

The check in process was excellent the lady behind the first desk was great ,major issues the pool not heated as advertised onsite property manager was not professional . Ticket my new car for not having a parking permits..which was displayed on the dash. The adhesive on the ticket is still on my car and mist likely will have to be professionally removed to avoid window scratching..The room was clean but a strong musty snell but very musty

Beautiful view but

Check in process was super easy with very friendly staff. Bathroom was extremely dirty and you could see it hadn’t been cleaned behind the door, toilet or corners for quite some time and bathtub was stained. Closet also had dirty floors. We bought a small bottle of cleaner and cleaned the tub as best we could to be able to use it and thank goodness there was a broom so we didn’t have to wear shoes from the sand as we are very conscious not to track sand.Plenty of towels and they were clean. Thankfully, the view was spectacular and sitting out on the patio was as well. The beach was beautiful and we were in walking distance to Caddy’s on the beach, which made it nice. Yes the room is very outdated as the light above the kitchen barely worked. It was so dim. Thankfully we only wanted to grill out one meal and the rest we ate out. All in all if it wasn’t for the view we would have been all around dissatisfied. If they cleaned better it would be a great place to return.
